WASTE OF TIME YET AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Every time you try and get an appointment it is a waste of time !!! Phone is constantly engaged and when you do get through no appointments available not even emergency ones, I am sick to death of this practice who don't seem to be bothered about their lack of availability.
Worst doctors in England, on the rare occasion I have managed to get an appointment you are then sat round waiting well past your appointment time. Really can't state how annoyed and disappointed at the sevice received every time.
