I wasn't really sure what to expect from my sessions with Sally, and got so much more than I could have thought. I've suffered from depression and anxiety since I was a teenager, and this is the first time, at nearly 30, where I actually feel like I have ways to deal with that. Sally taught me about thought processes, and why my brain does some of the things it does, but never in any sort of patronising way. You can tell that she really loves her work, and when I had my lightbulb moments, she was just as chuffed as I was. Absolutely brilliant, and highly recommended. Thank you Sally.
