An absolutely fantastic veterinary clinic

During our holiday our Vizsla got a leg injury on the beach. We took him to the nearest clinic. We were surprised to find an extr√™mely friendly and competent team of docters. The surgery was succesfull. Thank You !!!!üëçüèªüëçüèªüëçüèªüëçüèªüëç üèª

I would love to thank all the staff for there fantastic service. Especially Alex the new owner who has turned the practice around. He talked us through everything, never made us feel rushed and made us feel reassured when leaving our rabbit in his care. Even when my rabbit was close to death he remained positive and never mentioned putting her to sleep. He understood that my rabbit was a beloved family pet and that we did not want to leave her in case the worst happened. He allowed us to stay and take our time with her.
Even out of hours on a Sunday night he made us feel welcome!!
Alex also does a brilliant home visit service to visit my very awkward cat, who can be very tricky at times.

The staff have all got a very positive, friendly and understanding attitude. Highly recommended.

I have all 3 of my dogs registered at this practice and can't recommend them enough...my oldest dog had pyrometra and was very quickly diagnosed and treated and is now healthier than ever...because this was a sudden case and my funds were low at the time this very kind practice allowed me to pay in installments. ..my middle dog had to have an investigative castration as his poor lil nuts hadn't decsended and once again this operation went exactly to plan....and lastly my puppy is on the care plan and has completed her injections and health checks to date with no problems...the vet himself always gives my dogs kisses and genuinely cares ...the reception staff are always very helpful and polite ...big thumbs up from me.

We boarded our 2 cats here from 31st July to 9th August I was very concerned as never boarded here before (new to area). Collected our cats on 10th they had lovely glossy coats and had lost no weight (when boarded Norwich area before lost quite a bit of weight). We also left their blankets with them and they came back very clean. Would not hesitate to use pet hotel again.
