Parkside Surgery

Waited 14 minutes on the phone for them to tell me there's no oppointments and to call back at 8:15 in the morning. I call at that time and I'm like 30th person waiting and when I finally get there ya full😡😡😡😡😠😠😠

I have aways till now been treated really well & with efficiency..

Rude receptionists. Never answers the phone, can't book an appointment for about 2weeks already

Absolutely useless either no one answers the phone or the wankers hang up before letting me speak.

Just today i find out that they have crossed me out of their list as they have send me some letter (witch i have never received) and i was needed to get back to them. For 3months i ws thinking im registrated to park side and if something i can be sure they will help me. Now when i need a help and i ring them they just said sorry you are not our patient anymore. Long story short i wasnt even informed about that. And when i said what should i do now their answer was to fill the form again. Just ridiculous.

Most stupid servise and people there just siting in there and do fucknig nothing. Never can't help and answer in qestion . Poor costumer servise . Shame.

You can't pre-book appointmens you have to phone every morning at 8am in the hope you can get an appointment but when you do you can't get through. You have to phone and then try again and again and when you do get through about 10 minutes later by 8.10am all appointments for the day are gone and you have to phone again the next morning and try again, and then the next morning and try again and again. It's a useless system so I moved doctors to a different doctors and am now able to pre-book easily. Parkside doctors is the most useless doctors surgery i've ever been at.

Plus when you see the doctors and tell them the symptoms you have and what you think it could be they give you a prescription without actually doing any tests on you. I told them that this is VERY dangerous as they might prescribe you something that could kill you. This happened to me twice and my girlfriend's two year old so I made a formal complaint to the NHS because it's putting lives at risk.

It impossible to make appoitment, staff is rude wont even bother that you really need to see a doctor. Called and said need appoitment to see my doctor asap they said no appoitments for the rest of the week and like this every week. Its awful :)

All the staff work really hard to provide a good service to the patients. It is not the receptionists fault that no appointments are available. They have to abide by the practice policies. There is the option of ringing, queuing, or online booking to get an appointment. Patients have got to take some responsibility regarding appointments, if patients kept their appointments or rang to cancel, instead of not turning up then more appointments would be available.
Doctors would be able to keep to their allocated ten minutes consultation if patients only went with one problem and not two or three. We are lucky to be served by such excellent and dedicated staff. So instead of negative comments lets congratulate and thank the Parkside Team for the hard work they do. Those thanks are also extended to the housekeeping staff who keep the surgery in tip top condition.

I always ring from 8.16am to be able to get an appointment. My chosen doctor is awesome Dr. caroline Jackson.
