Fantastic hospital saved my life after finding a major blockage in my right coronary artery & fitting a stent immediately. Wonderful care & treatment.

Staff fantastic. It's a pity that the supporting administration is so poor. Treatment appointments have been up to three hours late.

Very good hospital if you are a outpatient going for your chemotherapy treatment. But if you have a family member who is staying in the hospital while having his cancer treatment specially if they lose their sight and feet due to the cancer please stay around them 24h if you can because most of the nurses are evils.A very few nurses are nice I wish I asked and wrote theirs names down.I remember a young white male that was nice as well of a black young woman with a british accent that I met once on a her night shift. An asian woman that was around my mum most of the morning was ok but the way she will turn my mum from side to side every few minutes were wrong but the reste of these evils nurses did it anyway. My mum was in severe pain due to the fact that the cancer had spread all over her body specially her head. When those nurses would come in my mum room they did not anounce themselves first before touching her (bear in mind that my mum lost her sights du to the cancer),then my mum would panick when they touch her because she doesn't know who is doing so.She would then be turn from side to side to be clean anyhow while my mum would be crying screaming.I have told them many time to firstly anounce themselves first before touching her andt to also hold her head and neck because she was in severe pain specially in her head and neck when she was turn no only hold the rest of the body when she was turn but it was like talking to deaf ears.So I help them to when I was around. My mum did complained every time about the treatment those nurses were given her and I am so upset that I never did anything about it over that talking to them.I started to be look down on and shout on when I would call them for something. And the most upset part was most of them are african originated like me.I have accepted my mum death I now pray to forget about those nurses.I am also planing to see a specialist because I need to stop thinking about thoses nurses and get upset because of them.

Been there a number of times for blood tests and everyone the staff have been efficient, friendly and capable. And judging by how fast my GP gets the results back, also efficient in the processing of the blood.

The lung function test unit people are rude and just forget that there are people waIcing to be tested! G consultant Dr. White is wonderful but because I have to get the lung function done, it just ruins the whole experience.. the girls at the reception just sit and play with their phones. And never able to tell you how long you have to wait.. it's frustrating and very u professional. What's the point of an appointment when you still have to wait hours to be seen!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡

I want to thank everyone in the Cardiac unit, from the bottom of my heart, who took care of my dad when he was taken in after a heart attack. The warm and helpful service resonated from everyone, right down to the people who made him tea and moved him to another ward. Keep up the good work, it means a lot to us all when we are facing times of difficulty.

They never complain when I'm late, which happens too often. Good staff, helpful and friendly. I was born here.

It has been a long time since leaving St Barts after a lengthy stay there and to be perfectly honest it was although at times scary, the most wonderful experience of my life. The doctors, nurses that looked after me day by day were absolutely magnificent and my physiotherapist Claire Strickland second to none, had I had her whilst I was playing for Chelsea, Arsenal, Stoke City and England I would have been all the better for it, not forgetting the Seattle Sounders. These people should be the highest paid instaead of the least paid, that is what is wrong with our country, like our soldiers they are vastly underpaid and ignored. Politicians earn fortunes and are unworthy of their salaries and expenses, these people in hospitals and fighting to keep us safe should be above them when it comes to wages-per-week, I thank them for all that they did for me 24 hours a day Alan Hudson
