Good GP practice

It is more than a year that i am registered in this GP with my family, so far so good; But today, the end of september 2016, i waited more than 30 minutes to enter in the room 4, i state that when i arrived in total including me we were 3 patients in the waiting room and certainly there was not a single gp but at least 3-4.
So i can say that this medical group lately is badly organized and there is not a supervisor who controls these doctors with little experience, and maybe they do expect their patients for to talk on the phone with some friends.

Brilliant surgery, you dont struggle like other practices to get appointments and at good times, not all 9-5! Highly recommend.
