A lovely place to go. Been coming here for over a year and wouldn't go anywhere else. All the girls and Carol are the most lovely bunch. Definitely recommend on!

I got a Groupon deal for deluxe facial + deluxe pedicure and with additional deluxe manicure that I paid separately. I was first told on the phone when making the appointment that the entire treatment will take 2 hours, so I was going to meet with my friends right after the treatment for lunch. However I only found out that it will be 3 hours instead of 2 half way through the treatment and so my friends had been waiting for me for an hour. The lady was nice but too chatty that she can't even focus and manage the time properly. We started with the deluxe manicure which took 2 entire hours to finish. The manicure was done nicely but I was only left with 1 hour to do both the 'deluxe' pedicure and 'deluxe' facial. In the end she had to rush to do both treatments and during the facial, the cleanser kept going into one of my eyes and all over my lips. I have to say that I didn't feel relax at all after the treatment. and this is possibly the worst facial treatment I ever had. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone.

Best experience ever! I booked a deluxe pedicure with Carol and it was the most thorough experience ever. She really cares about her clients and is very passionate about her treatments. Carol also managed to fit me in the next day for another treatment, I was so very very grateful!

Moreover, it was the first time I've ever been to Solos and because of Carol's warm and friendly nature we were chatting like we'd known each other for years! If you want a beauty treatment with a difference book with Solos! I will definitely be going back, Carol is now my first choice beautician.

Carol does excellent gelish nails, and her rapport with clients is amazing. Normally I'm not a "salon" or "spa" fan but I feel so relaxed in the massage room, I fall asleep...
