Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Answered all questions with easy to understand responses.
No hard sell, but fully explained all options on offer. I had two pairs of good frames with most of the options but that was my informed choice. This branch can certainly sell the goods, but this is they listen and provide superb customer service.

Can be hit and miss, helpful most of the time but some staff do fail to help properly. Had a few issues with children's glasses being fitted correctly which sadly is still ongoing. Assistant manager is quite abrupt and condescending. Not at all customer focused.

Went for routine eye test today and so pleased I did they found I had hole at bk of my left eye sent me straight a and e new cross I would like to thank kinda who did the test she is fantastic at her job well done to you also to Debbie who looked after me and helped me with my new glasses she is an excellent member of staffed was there for me when i was upset and before I left the shop we was like best friends went in next day got her a card and flowers for being so kind I honestly would recommend specsavers to every one and get you're eyes tested be for its to late worth every penny
