Staff are amazing with my daughter very friendly n helpful

Was told my glasses would be repaired in 10-15 min, said I would be back then, went back and was told to take a seat after 40min I asked what was going on, "sorry Sir I thought Jenny was dealing with you, finally got my glasses almost a hour late, got back to my car luckily the traffic warden wasn't about or I'd have got a parking ticket ;; 😠😠

I have been in both the Penrith and Carlisle stores (the latter is where I live) and today I had to go into the Carlisle store because my main pair of specs has a problem with one of the lenses and needs to be sent away to be sorted out - free of charge - as I have only had the specs around 7 months. I wear varifocals. Mark B was extremely helpful and told me exactly when the specs will be ready for me (a week today). In the meantime I can wear my spare (free) pair. I would also like to apologise for the unfavourable comments I made online during the last week. It was a silly thing to do but at least I was friendly in-store, as the staff were. They are there to help after all! Thank you.

Very pleasant optician. Can't say much for the reception staff.

If you love quality customer service the Specsavers is your choice for spectacles. Extremely patient and thorough. Highly recommended.
