Called to ask if I could buy batteries for a hearing aid was told yes, made a special trip with my disabled dad to be told no and the lady only tried because my dad stressed how important it was.

I am a monthly contact lens customer, my home store is Macclesfield. I am in Liverpool today and tore a lens. They refused to supply an emergency replacement because, they said, I was overdue a sight test. I am now struggling with one lens, a very busy day and a long drive home. Hopeless customer service, zero out of ten.

Excellent service, friendly staff, always eager to help. I've had my eye test done and got my free trial contact lenses for a month. They thaught me how to put them in and out of my eyes, which took me almost an hour (I'd never worn contact lenses before) and the staff was very patient with me while doing so. I had another check after a week, just to see if my sight was improved, got another 3 pairs or contact lenses for the next 3 months and I am due for another eye check after the 3 months. I am extremly happy with their services and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Horrible service today wanted to book appointment for my partner and wanted to ask more questions an she put the phone down how rude an horrible she shouldnt be in a job never got her name but she was on phone today around 11.10 lost my service never again am i ringing there again wouldnt advise anyone to go there .

Very unsatisfactory - receptionist did not log my appointment, which I didn't discover until I had struggled up a flight of stairs (I am 78). I will never use them again.

Horrible experience today at Specsavers in Liverpool. I am from Manchester and have been a happy and satisfied customer at Specsavers in the Arndale Centre for many years having only experienced great customer service there. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the branch in Liverpool One. I called in there today when the arm of my glasses came off whilst working in Liverpool . I was passed from one person to another and had to wait almost half an hour only to be told that as the hinge was slightly bent on my glasses (which was only revealed after the manager had looked at it, the other 2 people who had dealt with me said there was no damage) and therefore I could have a new frame but I would have to pay 25% of the cost. These glasses are less than 2 months old and still under guarantee. When I protested I was told to go back to Specsavers in Manchester. Truly terrible service and a disgrace to the Specsavers name
