There's a reason this place is so cheap. Terrible customer service. They're the Jet2 of opticians. Go elsewhere if you want decent customer service and on-going care. You may pay slightly less for your glasses, but in the long run it won't be worth it. I'd give zero stars if it were possible. Very disappointing!

Possibly the worst experience in buying new glasses in over 50 years of wearing glasses.

I recently had my eyes tested and found the whole experience was frustrating, with unacceptably long waits to be served, made worse by a lost or forgotten prescription.

Having finally managed to find my prescription, I had run out of time, and have now returned to the shop three times to choose new frames and on each occasion I have been ignored.

Today I returned once more, choosing some £145 frames, which together with my prescription I handed to one member of staff, I then waited, and waited, watching at least four members of staff preferring to sit at their empty stations rather than deal with a paying customer.

I will not be returning again and would suggest that when buying new glasses, if you want a pleasant experience and wish to be treated as a valued customer - then go elsewhere.

This store is extremely busy. I could not get on with my varifocals so I got a full refund from them even after they changed them a second time which is good. The frame range has improved from previous years.

waited 3 weeks for an appointment ,but turned away for arriving 20 minutes late,even though we had phoned to say "stuck in holiday traffic"
Said we would wait or come back after travelling from Wolds village.
No no no you are late!
If you want to feel humiliated by teenage bimbo's ,feel free to try them.
We're off to Boots!
Happily pay more,lesson learned.

Very busy but staff very obliging

I needed contacts quickly for my wedding, hadn't worn them before and had left it late to sort it out. They really understood and worked hard to get everything sorted in time for wedding. Great team and good prices!
