Helpfull staff,prices seem about normal.Shop can feel small when busy with not much room.

Great place, nice people. Not bad prices for good quality products.

I find this such a busy place which I appreciate but it's like being on a conveyor belt. One in one out . It felt like going to the doctors

Just popped into the shop to see if they could help me. I brought my reading glasses in Louth and one of the nose pads came of. Went into Skegness to see if they could help. No problem young lady took them of me and repaired them straight way thank you very much Great Service Thank you. 11th July 2017

Great with kids. From the eye test to choosing glasses. Kids can be so picky but not once was we rushed

the ear pierce on my glasses was split and could come off these are not a year old so called in to see what could be done I was told to sit down and someone would attend to me after just a min a lady Ann saw me and after a quick look said she would see if they had another pair in stock said they had and swapped the lenses over to the new pair and fitted them no question asked and I left with a new pair in 10 mins Very Very pleased first class service thanks again GAVIN
