Absolute disgusted with Specsavers had a appointment came to town specially for it and they didn't have me booked in ... bloody fuming and a waste of my time ... after phone call to manager complaining he offered me free eye test an 50% off price of my glasses don't usually complain but was so annoyed so thanks to the manager for fitting me in was much appreciated

Staff not very helpfull and u have to pay upfront for your lenses before u have even left the store
