The Aesthetics Clinic

Turned up to my appointment 5 mins early. I kept ring the bell but no one answered. I stood outside like a lemon for 20 minutes buzzing the door. I called and called the clinic too and I could hear the phone ringing from outside as the window was open. There were people outside the pub opposite the clinic who were looking at me funny cause I kept buzzing. That was embarrassing! After 30 mins of waiting I decided to leave. Honestly - I have never experienced anything like this before. Stay the hell away if you can!

UPDATE - I then want a refund - Groupon can't get hold of these guys to confirm I haven't redeemed my voucher. So I decide to just go regardless for the rest of my treatments SINCE I HAVE PAID FOR THEM!!! I then get a call from the Manager (Amit) who asks me why I am coming in for a treatment after giving a negative review?! When I explain that Groupon can't seem to get me my money back I decided to use them even though I'm not really keen, he said 'carry on writing negative review and contradicting yourself, thank you very much' and put the phone down on me! I think it's safe to say I have never come across such unprofessional individuals.

Very good experience and happy to recommend. I booked a session of laser hair removal for full legs and arms. I've been back since as the service is professional, effective and good value.

The negative review below is a little harsh, misleading and does not reflect a fair experience with the clinic. I have found the staff extremely patient and helpful particularly as it's a very obscure location to find initially, the girls are also courteous and professional at all times. I had a 6 session laser lipo treatment at this clinic and for the value that is paid- I think I can say it is a very good deal and service all around.

The clinic is clean, minimal but this is the sort of environment that is conducive for the types of treatment offered.

All in all I would like to say that for those considering treatment options here, you really won't get a bad deal. If you want first class service then perhaps pay an overpriced rate for the same treatment.

As a clinician myself I think overall service is very good, straightforward and superb location.

This clinic is awful! I had such a terrible experience that I decided it wasn't worth completing my 6-session stretch mark treatments although I had paid for them already. The staff, being only two females, are extremely rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately I would not recommend to anyone.
