Miracle workers! 12 days before my first full Ironman triathlon my back decided to give up on me (disc problem). I couldn't reach my feet to put my shoes on, I could barely get in and out of the car, and was really struggling to move around the house. I had given up hope of making the start line. Leigh and Donna were absolutely amazing and I couldn't believe the improvement in my back over such a short space of time. Thanks to Leigh and Donna I completed the Ironman!

The help and advice I received from Ceri Ann was excellent. I was suffering with back pain and headaches, I was thoroughly assessed, the cause was found and sorted within a short time scale and my quality of life and mobility have improved vastly. I have been given advice and exercise to help keep things moving......

I was treated for pain in tendons in arms. I had a number of sessions with Donna who found an underlying problem with my shoulder. I had suffered with this for a number of years and had accepted that I would have to live with the pain. Donna's treatment was very specific and direct. I can honestly say that I no longer have any pain and have enjoyed a full recovery.

Excellent as needed treatment by Leigh for getting me back to competing. Never treatment for the sake of it but just what is needed. Always looks to treat both symptoms and cause - huge focus on rehab and strengthening to stop the injury recurring. The only Physio option in the North West made all the better that he is a very genuine friendly guy with it.
