Always very positive, the staff on every level are very helpful and professional. Information is provided before, during and after any of my visits. Especially during treatment, I am fully informed of what is happening and given sound advice. I am very impressed with the level of care and questions regarding my overall well being, not just my dental care. I would recommend this facility to family and friends every time.

Such a calm environment and an extremely reassuring dentist. Jonathan explained what he was doing at each stage of my treatment and ensured I was comfortable throughout.

My first appointment at the smile rooms was a year ago, I went with a huge fear of dentists but was desperate to get my teeth straightened for an upcoming wedding.

The staff has all been amazing and very friendly and put me at ease straight away. I got the CFast brace and had it on for only 12 weeks. The brace was uncomfortable to start with but soon eased and I forgot I had it.

All in all it has been a great experience, my teeth are now healthy and straight and I no longer have a fear of the dentist.

I have been using The Smile Rooms for just over a year now. All the staff I have come across have been friendly and efficient. For new patients their online booking system is great as you can look through the list of appointments and choose your time. You receive appointment reminders by text and email so you never forget an appointment. I do recommend The Smile Rooms and now my Mum uses them too.
The surgery is very handy for public transport - both bus and train - great for patients who travel through from Scarborough.

I have been using the smile rooms since I can remember, my parents used to take me when I was younger and I have been on a plan with them since 18 (4 Years). The service and expertise is second to none. The girls on reception are always bubbly and helpful and the dentists and Hygienists are all very friendly and incredibly professional. I would never hesitate to recommend the Smile rooms to anyone.

Appointment made by phone, no difficulty. Useful email reminder. Appointment on time. Smart modern professional clinic. Pleasant, efficient hygienist & dentist offered useful advice. One criticism: receptionist friendly but a bit casual. I was presented with a tablet form and asked to sign it without any explanation of what it was. When I scrolled up it, I found it to be a long list of conditions - - was I affected by any of them? Important to check, surely, before signing the declaration?

Very pleasant and polite staff, always a pleasure even if the actual dentistry part hurts.

Lets be honest going to the Dentist is not something you look forward to. but going to the Smile Rooms makes it a much better experience. The very professional and friendly staff make you so welcome and totally at ease. So if you have to go to the Dentist - go to the best - THE SMILE ROOMS. thank you
