The White House Dental Practice Hull

I was very impressed. Phoned in the morning and was booked for the same day. All staff were friendly and professional. This was my second tooth extraction at White House, and both times it was very quick, and almost completely painless.

Rang up for an emergency appointment as couldn't get seen in my own practice and was seen within an hour and a half and I'm not even a patient there. Fifteen minutes in and was all sorted out and free from pain. Very polite and friendly staff will definitely switch to this practice from now on !!!

I have been a patient at this practice along with my husband and 2 children for many years now. I have always found them to be extremely friendly and sensitive to our various needs. I have always been a nervous patient but after years of avoiding the dentist I signed up here and the service couldn't have been better. The dentist (Sally Alwan) is patient and understanding and always explains exactly what she is going to do. I got a same day appointment when I needed it and treatment is always swift if it is necessary. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Visiting the dentist does not bother me one iota. However, this place was different.
1: There was a distinct feeling that they were rushing me through.
2: They sat me down, numbed me and started drilling my front tooth, with no explanation what the procedure was, see point 1.
3: it wasn't numbed properly and it hurt, a lot. My protestations at the pain were ignored and I had to physically push their hand away. They showed palpable exasperation at having to trying to numb my tooth properly.
4: Seemed to be unfamiliar with the universal "raise your hand and I'll stop" signal.
5: Replaced a perfectly serviceable filling on a molar with a ceramic crown. Of which fragments broke off over the following week or so.

Conclusion - I came away with the feeling that there was an advert in a Sunday supplement magazine "Earn £££££! Become a dentist in 12 weeks!". Only given one star because can't give zero.

Very friendly staff!! I am very nervous about dentist but they made me feel so at ease, the reception was so friendly and helped me keep calm while I waited. and the dentist really took her time making sure I was ok throughout! I would recommend this dentist to anyone!!

From my first contact with the practice, starting with receptionist ,dental nurse,and dentist I found them all very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased my treatment . I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the future Thanks to All
