University Of Bristol Dental Hospital

Visited emergency department few weeks ago and was seen even though I came after 10am and they filled their quota for the day. Staff were great. Emergency is ran by students who are overseen by dentist and they were brilliant. I was a bit worried before going but it was an emergency, I was desperate and I don't have a dentist. Really happy with everything and I was out in just over 2 hours. Would highly recommend.

Phone system is a bit of night mare but otherwise great. They always call me in on time and I've previously had to wait over an hour at my old hospital. Dental staff are lovely and the appointments are always very quick. Orthodontics reception staff are a bit moody though

What you would expect. Ok wait times when you have an appointment.

Haven't managed to actually go because their phone system is horrific. Says youre in a queue and someone will be with you shortly and then says no one is available and hangs up. Not even the option to leave a message

Friendly, professional, punctual and caring - couldn't be better; why go private when you can get this quality of care?

A very warm welcome when you arrive and seen quickly and efficiently by very friendly and efficient staff well looked after by the trainees and excellent knowledge from the dentist.

BUT .... YOU TRY GETTING SOMEONE TO CHASE UP ON THE PHONE ABOUT ANYTHING AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HOLD OF ANYONE .YOU LEAVE SEVERAL MESSAGES NO ONE WILL RING BACK, I HAVE HAD THREE MOUTH GUARDS SENT OUT THAT WERE NEVER DELIVERED AND NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE TO TRY AND CHASE THEM UP !! GRRRRRRR WHERE DO YOU GO FROM HERE?

Came in for extractions, every one is really friendly! I was very nervous at first but after my first visit I felt really comfortable. The staff are really nice people, they do their jobs really well and quick!
