I can certainly agree with a lot of what is written here about rude staff and poor service. Our experience with them over the past few days has shown them to be very uninformed and unprofessional.

I really cannot recommend them.

Dog has uti prescribed antibiotics for 5 days instead of usual 10-14 days. Clare refused to prescribe further without consultation which I had already paid for.

Costs. No duty of care towards your pet just worried about how much cash they can get in the tills.

I've used Village Vet for years now. Before the recent management, we had a few negative experiences, but since Gloria took over, it's been fantastic. I have a cat and a dog and they've always been well cared for. Yes, they are expensive, there is no question of that. But I have good insurance (Pet Plan) and they cover a lot. Good care for pets is expensive, unfortunately, these days.

Brilliant staff and facilities, but above all, truly caring.
Ray always handled issues with such ease and kindness. When he left to return to his native South Africa, he was replaced by the wonderful Gloria.
Never met a more caring professional than Gloria. Thank you for your time, expertise and above all, compassion.
