We had an amazing view, the Creativity & Beauty in the room was mesmerising. Watching an absolute idol of mine Pat McGrath receive the Isabella Blow Award for Fashion Creator was a real honour. There wasn’t a dry eye when #azzedinealaïa was remembered by his daughters or when Anna Wintour awarded Christopher Bailey for his outstanding contribution ...to Fashion Award. . . I’ve been taking supplements for a while now and recently switched to the extra potency to get through winter. . I was taking the magnesium to help with my leg muscle recovery a few months ago, then the complex B to help with hair, skin and nails. 💁🏼 . .... I’ve been feeling better and sleeping better (sometimes - damn my busy mind), I also think my hair has been looking better as well (but think Pureology UK & Ireland has played a big part in this!) - I’d recommend taking vitamins, but stick with it as you won’t see a difference straight away and do your research to ensure you’re taking the right supplement for you! I used the Philip Kingsley #elasticizer last night as I’m off to my friends house today to have lunch and hang out with @whatlylawore .▪️ Therefore looking my best is not an option - I won’t be allowed in if my hair, make-up and outfit isn’t top notch 😂 .▪️ Back to my hair treatment - it’s great but you need time on your hands as you need to apply to wet hair, then leave for 10-20 mins and then wash as normal. ... .▪️ After washing I let my hair dry naturally so perhaps haven’t seen the full effect, but it feels nice and still has some volume today - I’ll style it properly later and let you all know if it’s worth your pennies! . 💁🏼 As you can see from the second pic, during the treatment time I got creative with my photography 😂😂. . . . . . . . . #sundayfunday #sunday #hair #haircare #haircaretips #hairtreatment #londonmua #makeupartist #wakeupandmakeup #hairmask #philipkingsley #recommendation #wakeupandmakeup #follow #followme

Finally giving my Dr.Jart+ Hydration Lover rubber mask a go.... my housemate is horrified and I’ll be honest this was the hardest thing to keep in tact as I put it on my face. . Step 1️⃣ is this jelly cream stuff which goes on nicely, but only use a small bit at a time, as it (for lack of a better word) flops off! So go careful. . Step 2️⃣ is the rubber mask, basically the same as a sheet mask but the material is so thin and rubbery - 10/10 for difficulty on putting on it. Y...ou can see I’ve ripped it... 🤦🏼‍♀️ . Thank you so much to the amazing Lucia Farina aka @tattoos_and_pilates for curating the amazing Stretch and Release workshop which I was lucky to get a place on earlier today at @moveyourframe #victoria ▪️▫️▪️▫️▪️ .
This workshop was amazing, it’s really challenging and the best part is that this technique will SAVE YOU MONEY! I did this workshop earlier in the year as well and it meant when I hurt my Achilles’ tendon I had Myofascial Release to turn to before I automaticall...y spent a ton of money at a physio. . (Because I still need to learn I went to a massage therapist anyway - hence why I went to a top up class today, need to save those pennies!) . Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. 🤸‍♀️❤️
Basically you use a small hard ball (see second picture) on muscles/connective tissue around the body, it hurts 😫but it’s so good (see exercise examples in pics 3,4,5). You release the muscles which can tighten from anything and everything - if you exercise or from just sitting at your desk all day - it’s also preventative when it comes to the ageing of your spine. 👵🏻🧓🏻 ▪️▫️▪️ I feel amazing after the workshop - Lucia gave us an extra chest massage which bloody hurt and as I still have this horrid cough I was a big baby 😂 and had to stop! ❤️🤸‍♀️💁🏼 I can’t recommend this workshop or this method enough - Lucia is an amazing teacher and possibly the coolest looking person I have ever encountered!!! . . . . . . #girlcrush #framevictoria #fasciarelease #myofascialrelease #restistantstretching #freeyourbody #cycling #runner #athlete #fitfam #flexibility #moveyourframe #nomorepain #massage #sportsmassage #londonpersonaltrainer #raceready #injuryfree #musclesoreness #foamrolling

So day 10 of #makeupchallengeoctober is 🥁 Drumroll please.... an all time favourite brand of mine @urbandecaycosmetics ❤️ I love this brand so much... when my friend got married we went to their amazing shop in #coventgarden and had a lesson to create the look my friend wanted to achieve and purchased the products to use afterwards. . ▪️... . Of course I adore the #urbandecaypallete (s) but I wanted to give praise to their other items within the range... as they are incredible... A current favourite of mine is their #upallnight #settingspray It's super refreshing and I tend to use most days as by the time I've battled the tube and sat at my desk most of my make up would otherwise melt off!
Urban decay eyeliner's are incredible and do a fab job of smudging - in a good way... also their foundation is fantastic.. @makeupbymario used #urbandecay on @kimkardashian when she married Kanye and it's a foundation I recommend to my brides - especially as they have a multitude of shades and the skin stays fresh all day. 💁🏻💁🏼💁🏽💁🏾💁🏿 . . . . . . .
