Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my nails, Magda always does them to a high standard and I often get compliments for the gel nails. Very professional and I have recommended to family and friends.

What can I say about this place? In my years I have used many beauty salons, hair salons, nail bars and not one compares to Alter Ego. For the last 2 years I have been using the expertise of the staff make me feel confident in myself. The staff, the ambience, the service, the atmosphere are second to none. I would and have recommended them to everyone. I know I put Nikki under a lot of stress and anxiety with my demands for outrageous nails, but she never ceases to amaze me with her ideas and talent. A one stop shop that I use to have everything done including more recently my hair extensions. I travel over 15 miles every 2-3 weeks to get pampered in one way or another and cannot thank the staff enough.

What a beautiful salon! All the girls were so welcoming. I had the face and body sensation, the elmis facial was lovely my skin felt soft and looked really revitalised. The hot stone massage was amazing zoe was so good at it! i felt so relaxed, zoe was very professional and made me feel so comfortable. I really enjoyed the whole experience and can't wait to come again fantastic service ☆☆☆☆☆

So not being from Kent I have been looking for a place to do my nails for such a long time and I mean a place where they do them properly - a friend recommended Alter Ego and since the first time I went there I know I don't need to keep searching for that special place!! I went in the hope I could find someone amazing to do my wedding nails, and this little gem Nikki worked her magic - highly recommend this salon and all the girls are lovely in there - I won't go anywhere else now xx

So helpful and friendly. Nails stay perfect looking for so much longer than other places I've previously been to until I found alter ego. Now I won't go any where else. Recommended them to so many friends now xx

Just had the best waxing ever. Zoe is amazing! I had Full Leg, Hollywood, Eyebrow and an Eyelash Tint and am so happy with the results. I've already rebooked to have it done again and feel more confident now! Thanks again Alter Ego! X

If i could give more stars, i really would! The ladies in Alter Ego are amazing. So friendly, kind & funny. You feel so relaxed & at ease. Zoe is amazing with her treatments & advice. Absolutely loved her & Emily is amazing with her blow drys!! They lasted 3 days for my bouncy blow dry & i have thick, heavy hair.

All the girls are so friendly and professional, they're all really good at their jobs and will always achieve what you ask for. The salon itself is really classy and girly and I think the prices are very reasonable, I'd recommend this place to anyone! Xx

I have been going to Alter-Ego since it opened' i would never go anywhere else' my nails used to be shocking where i used to bite them' but Nikki turned that around for me :-) with her help' patience' and professional skills i now have lovely nails and visit the Salon every 2 weeks' where i am looked after by Nikki' Ciara and all the girls' nothing is ever too much trouble' and these girls need patience with me when it comes to picking a colour/design :-) thank you girls xx

Emily is the best hairdresser I've ever been to and she's lovely to have a chat with also. I've also had Summer do my hair and once again, I couldn't fault it, I love my new fresh cut and colour. As for beauty treatments, I always get my hands and feet done too. Ciera, Sophie and Magdalena always do them so lovely. I will always keep coming back to Alter Ego and will always recommend.
