What a wonderful experience, not only did Mr Kumar surprise us and taught the first day himself as well as the final two days, I found the course well structured and a good foundation. I feel like I can go anywhere from here! Onwards and upwards!

The courses are truly fabulous and you learn a skill for life. I completed the henna course in february 2012 and then the hair & make in june 2012 alongside doing a portfolio shoot with a gorgeous model provided by the academy. The support from Mr K and the entire AK Team is commendable at all levels and will always recommend on attending the courses. As a student you will never feel out of place because the atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly. Thank You to everyone behind the courses, as it is these courses which have given so many of us a career and skill for life!

Not sure what to say... was in shock on the first day to be surprised by Mr K himself, and to be taught by him 3/5 days. Absolutely loved the course and cannot describe how quickly I learnt, and How simple the syllabus was to understand. Will definitely be back for the pro class. Also to the whole A K team. Just recently purchased 10 ready made cones from the one and only for a photo shoot and I must say it was worth it BIG TIME. The packaging is glamorous, and it reached me well before the date I was given to expect them.



At first I was taken back by the size of the cones since they look bigger online but I only used about 4 of the cones on 7 models and they were pretty elaborate designs so I was happy.



Consistency of the henna was simply put amazing. I rarely had to use a tissue! The color of the stains were very dark and the henna smelled amazing during the process.



Would def recommend to anyone looking to buy, and thank you Ash Kumar for delivering the quality you do, and your team for customer service in USA is really amazing, I had quite a few phone interactions with them.

They both have given me the extra push and confidence I needed to go get an actual job. I now am not so afraid to work. Struggling with anxiety that means the world to me. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you! I have never felt so empowered and motivated in my life. Also a huge thank you to Mr. Ash Kumar himself. I cried whenever I spoke to you and I still get all choked up thinking about it. ��

I had 5 years experience as a self-taught Paris based henna artist but knew that I lacked knowledge and some skill especially in terms of design placement. I enrolled in the henna course of Mr. Ash Kumar in London. Mr Ash Kumar was able to answer all my questions and his teaching methods have been of invaluable help to me. I did not expect Mr Ash Kumar to share with us his philosophy of henna art. It was an honor and a real privilege to be trained by him and his teachings have greatly assisted my henna artistry. I'll definitely come back for the Pro class.

Its a life changing opportunity. Truely wonderfulful, experienced and knowledgable mentors who give great advice and share their experience. Even after the course, you receive continuous support from the academy. I did the 8 day makeup course, 5 day henna course and and both portfolio shoots - I have never looked back. I have my own business now, been a make up artist at many high profile events and I know its only going to get better for me. Thank you to the Mr K and team for your continuous support.

I don't even want to give one star. I ordered the ready made cones a month before my registry. I thought I would wear it initially for my registry and then my wedding in July. Little did I know that the shelf life of the cones was only 14 days and after that...in fact if applied 2 weeks after it would be the most awful pale orange colour.



So you can imagine my disappointment when I told the people at Ashkumar with photo evidence and the person's response was "Sorry but there is nothing much I can do to help." You didn't return it to us withing 14 days. Like wth!!



I have used 10 month old henna cones that give better colour than Ashkumar henna cones. And they only cost £1 compared to the overpriced AK cones. All I wanted was my refund!! Awful customer service. Never ever buying from Ashkumar again
