... If you are unable to make your appointment can you PLEASE give us 24 hours notice! We have had a number of last minute cancellations today, a day that we are not usually open, meaning these slots could have been filled and now are left empty. We do send reminders afterall ­¤Öā
If we find this happens a lot this week we will have no choice but to ask for deposits when booking your appointments. This is not something we want to impose but we have lost a lot of treatment time and money from no-shows and last minute cancellations.
We appreciate some of these canŌĆÖt be helped due to illness or last minute change of plans.
