Went to get my brows threaded in blink brow bar at Selfridges and they did a fantastic job!!



Give you a mini consultation before hand to make sure you're sure of what you want and what treatment you're getting and then followed by a fast and easy process.



I was a nightmare customer and rang up running late and they were so happy to help rearrange which was very kind of them.



I was taken care of by the lovely Shrijana who was nothing but helpful, friendly and professional.



All in all only a 15 minute process included booking reference consultation, treatment and aftercare!

5 stars!!! Definitely coming back again ☺️

I've been coming to Blink Brow bar for a few years. I first discovered it in Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge. Then I moved and Selfridges was my closest branch. I found a lovely girl called Raj. Raj is amazing. Nobody touches my brows but her. I even own as a salon as you can see. I don't let anyone touch my brows. Raj is meticulous, knows what she is doing. My brows are always on point after I see her. She's my brow doctor who I see regularly every month and she makes me look beautiful again. Thanks to Raj & the selfridges Blink Bar team for always fitting me in.

I went to John Lewis in Newcastle and visited Farzana at blink brow bar. She had been recommended by a good friend of mine. Not only was Farzana so lovely and approachable - she has utterly transformed my brows ! She consulted with me at the beginning of the appointment in a professional and gracious way. I am forever grateful to Farzana ! Xx

I went to Blink Brow Bar in Selfridges in the Trafford Centre where I had my brows threaded and lightened by a lovely lady called Iram. I am so happy with the new colour of my eyebrows, as they were too dark and harsh for my face before. Now they are a light brown colour instead or dark brown. I also love the new shape of my brows after having them threaded. Iram made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole experience, asking me if I was ok etc. The next time my brows need doing, I will definitely be returning and I will be requesting Iram.

I have been going to blink brow bar for years and always have been happy especially with Bajinda who has left. When for some time I couldn't go there my eyebrows got ruined! Today I visited the harvey nichols store and I wanted to say that Ritu who took care of me was very careful, very kind, very helpful and explained everything very well. Will definitely see her again!

I had the best experience today at Blink John Lewis Newcastle with Farzana! Wow! What a girl! I have had my brows threaded for 9 years by the same lady who unfortunately no longer works close by! Imagine my anxiety trying to find a replacement brow queen! Thank god for Farzana who instantly sat me down , made me feel comfortable , was warm and friendly and conversational about my day. She mapped out my brow and confidently discussed ways to enhance both my brow and eye shape through threading. I instantly could tell she was an expert and felt at ease letting her take control. She checked in regular with a hand mirror and also discussed why she was doing what she was doing and ensured my brow area was clean, refreshed and soothed post thread. Farzana also introduced me to brow build!!! Seriously impressed with this -as a manager of a high end make up brand! I’m 100% converted! I can’t wait for my next visit to Blink with Farzana and also to try out brow build myself tomorrow! She is a credit to your brand !

Aysha at Stratford branch is amazing. Always manages to find time to fit you in, amazing at lash dye - no stinging and lovely shape/tint of brows.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish at Libertys London. Greeted quickly and seated in a beautifully embroidered salon chair. Uzma, my consultant introduced herself and was very friendly. The threading itself (eyebrows and upper lip) was done very well and Uzma paid a lot of attention to detail to make sure it was perfect. Quick and efficient service and felt very treated. My skin the morning after the treatment was soft and smooth and not irritated or spotty like it can sometimes be after threading. Highly recommend!!

Ladies that worked there were very polite, but I've been left with brows that just aren't good enough. I went to Anastasia counter after to buy some bits and the lady there was really upset at the state of my new eyebrows, saying areas that should have hair are bald! I was unable to get to my local salon so thought as I was near to Selfridges I'd treat myself. I wish I hadn't bothered for £21, uneven and sparse brows that I've spent the last year growing.

I have been going to Blink in Selfridges for about 6 months and I've always had great experiences until today.



The woman that usually does my brows has sadly left the company and so I tried a new technician. I explained very clearly that I wanted to keep my brows thick and just have them shaped but this was greatly misunderstood as my instructions were completely disregarded.



Not only did she take way too much off my brows but they are now also uneven! The beginning of one is noticeably higher than the other! I am so devastated as it's taken me ages to get them thick. I am so disappointed in my experience today. Do not think that I will be able to go back.

I do love the shape of my brows, that's my only good point.

Paid £29 for a thread and tint, as I said the shape I like, their l doing them seemed to be getting annoyed with me for not 'stretching' properly...the dye job is awful, I'm walking around with an orange outline right around my brows, I told the girl in the chair that I didn't like it, she told me 'no it's not on your skin they're little hairs', what happened to the customer is right, it's on my face and I don't like it? I would never normally complain when any other time blink is so good but for £30 when there are places for £10 you don't expect it.

I always get really good service at Blink Brow Bar - nice staff, professional, attentive to what I want. However, a couple of days ago I went in for a clean-up and the lady who was doing my brows, however nice and attentive she was, left little red marks under my eyebrow. Two days later and I have small red scars.

Don't get me wrong, my eyebrows look great, but threading is supposed to be a gentle way of getting rid of hair and it is completely unnecessary to leave small scratches that ruin a good threading job - no matter how busy the place is, you pay 100% attention to your customer who is paying £19 to get her eyebrows done.

3 days ago I went to Blink bar in Selfridges to get a lash tint and semi-permanent lashes. The lash tint was great, so comfortable and the result was beautiful. The woman chose a great colour for my skin tone. I then went on the have semi-permanent lashes applied. The application was comfortable, there was only one moment where the glue got in my eye, but it wasn't too painful. The lashes looked amazing, and I was so pleased. I have taken care of them exactly how I was instructed to do, keep them away from water for 24 hours, no oil based cleansers, don't sleep on them.. I haven't even worn make up since. However, just from brushing them into place every morning and night, over half of them have already fallen out. It has been less than a week, and for that price it was not worth it. Very disappointed as this was my first time getting them done and id heard great reviews. :(

first and last time getting lash extensions at the Liberty branch: I showed a photo of what I wanted and the final result looked nothing like the photo.

She used scissors and each lash looked the same length it was unnatural. Told her I wasn't happy and She removed them i showed her more photos and she did it again and again it was wrong but improved slightly - the store was closing & after 3 hours I just wanted to go home.



Lash glue went into my eye and she kept fanning it with air- I had to ask for a wet cotton pad to stop the stinging. at one point I cursed from her touching my eye with a tool. I went home and looked at the lashes close up and they are placed mid lash on some areas , poorly done so will not last long and no curl . Great customer service the next day I went in store and a different lady was great at the removal.

I'd recommend others go to a place a friend recommends and a technician who's work you have seen.

Went to the one in Peter Jones, Sloane Street - last minute pre holiday lunch hour trip! I don't think the lady who threaded my eyebrows had much experience. I could tell that the hairs she was removing were breaking as she was pulling on them and I had to tell her to re-do areas which had been missed the first time. All that and the shock of paying 3x more than I do at my local salon was a sting! Ridiculous to pay £19 for 10 mins worth of a job poorly done!

Went to one in John Lewis in Stratford asked if I could get my eyebrows done as there was no customers the lady was on a phone which is fine but I work in customer service myself and when you finish your conversation you proceed to approach the person that's in front of you she asked me if I could wait for five minutes again it's ok but when she started dialling numbers I was quite surprised as I'm sure people are not siting buy the phone waiting for brow artist call. Still waited but then as she finished her call she started calling one more person at that point I left. It's not my first time going there but it's defiantly my last l. You don't make customers stand in front of you while you are calling people I'm sure there is time after you finished that you can proceed.

The new booking system is a pile of nonsense. No longer providing the service they used to. Not happy. Losing the loyalty of 2 years of me n my family

I went to the blink bar in Kingston today with my friend. We are regular customers. However I've never been treated so rudely, I called three times in the day to book - but no answer. Got there at the desk and asked if they can fit me in for a shape and my friend for a shape and tint. They were so unwelcoming and told us to wait 10 minutes and sit down. So we waited patiently, they had the audacity to start threading each other's eyebrows. When they finally finished they told us to sit down. Whilst giving our head massages one of the colleges moaned how the client interrupted her eyebrow tint. (The client being me) seemed like I was invisible! So rude no thank you or goodbye. Will never be coming again! Worst £19 and £33 for my friend I've ever spent.

Hi there, I am just coming back from Blink Brow Bar in Topshop Oxford Street where I usually got my eyebrows done. I am worried after the treatment I had today, I will be reluctant to return there. I called all day to make an appointment and my calls were unanswered. I emailed, and received no reply. So I decided to show up. I was asked to wait for a while and maybe they could fit me in. I waited for over half an hour, then they accepted to take me. The lady that normally does my eyebrows started and a second later another client came so she stopped doing mine and her colleague came to work on my eyebrows. I showed her photos of my previously done eyebrows that I liked. She said it's clear without paying much attention and started doing it. She then showed me one of my eyebrows that had NOTHING to do with what I showed. She completely ruined my eyebrow and how my facial expression looks. I constantly look like I am surprised now. Then I told her that this doesn't look like the photo, she insisted that I look although obviously, it is my previous eyebrow, I knew how it looked like. I showed the photos to her, she continued working on the eyebrow and it got really really thin. then she did the other one, at this point I had no hopes whatsoever. At the end, my two eyebrows have nothing to do with each other, and I constantly look surprised. I at least expected an apology as she saw me walking towards the till almost in tears. No apology, no discount, nothing! I wish my usual lady would have done something. Unless I am given a discount, I don't think I'm going back and I'm sharing my experience with everyone I can to warn them!
