Went for a consultation at the Hounslow branch this was my first time,the consultant was heeral she explained everything to me regarding pigmentation treatment for myself she explained all the different treatments available and was very understanding and patient towards my concerns and questions

she left me to think about what treatment I wanted and prior to this explained what treatment she thought was best for me but with no pressure this is what I liked in her

I ended up buying two treatments for my pigmentation

I wasn't pressured into buying anything this was my choice

Since then I've now booked a course of 6 treatments for my face I would like to thank heeral for her good advice I will also update on the products which I've started using

Lovely place with fantastic specialist. I have to specially mention Illona (Iwona? my apologies for miss-spelling it) that does all my treatments and she always has the clients best interest at heart and is patient and caring during the laser treatments . I have nothing but positive feedback on the treatments and the place in itself and all the staff that I came in contact with , nothing but great .

Im sooo happy with my treatment!.. The staff are really helpfull. Especially Val and Ravi.. who advise you in the best way possible to maximise your individual results. Thank you!

The salon itself is also great ; clean and tidy and they have themed rooms so you feel at comfort during your treatments. They are so great I'm always booking different treatments because they are so trust worthy. I used to have server acne and I done micro and LEd and iPl to help it and it was great now my acne has gone from server to normal and the scarring has reduced by 90% feels so great!

They provide you great advice on how to reduce your hair growth. Especially Hind, she is just lovely to chat to and provide excellent suggestions on how to look after the treated areas. The place itself has a vibrant and comfortable environment in which wait patiently for your appointment. The staff also great at accomadating your needs when they are heavily booked, they still try to fit you in during the days and time slots that are suitable for you. Your all going an amazing job! Absolutely terrific for laser hair removal. I was going to another company in London previously, who overcharged with horrible customer service. I was recommended Colaz by a friend and signed up to a laser hair removal package. I have Indian skin, medium darkness, and have been seeing great results. I have since extended to buy more sessions. The customer service is also really good here, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and they really seem to care about you rather than just wanting to take your money (which I found was the case in other places I've been to for laser!). They take their time and make sure they cover the area completely while lasering and always offer good after are advice. Would highly recommend.
