I just want to say a massive Thank you to each and everyone of you who has shown me so much support this past year and for putting up with some minor changes I have made this year due to me studying again. REMINDER OF CANCELLATION POLICY PLEASE READ
I completely understand that things happen in our lives and we can't sometimes make our appointments but unfortunately I have still got a very busy business to run and can not afford for clients to give me less than 24 hours notice of cancellation as I am now left with a gap that can not be filled as it is such short notice, which results in my business loosing money and custom as I have no doubt turned someone away as all appointme...nts where allocated.
So please if you have an appointment booked and for some reason you can no longer keep to this appointment I require at least 24 hours notice (preferably more) of cancellation. If it is under 24 hours notice then half of your treatment cost will be due before I can re book your appointment. If you just don't show with no call or text then your full treatment cost will be due before re booking a new appointment. This can be done by bank transfer, PayPal or cash.
I understand this will be a bit of an inconvenience to some but it is also to me, when I have had to pay out for childcare and turn other customers away when I could have been home spending quality time with my family or welcoming new clients.
I appreciate your understanding with this.
