Before and immediately after tear trough dermal filler. This pretty client was concerned about hereditary dark circles and deep under eye troughs and although she wanted to reduce them she was conscious of not wanting to look like she had had anything “done”. Our London clinic doctor used a cannula to safely create this instant result. If you can see there are NO needle marks or bruising near the eye- if you look closely you will see the entry point of the cannula which is o...n the cheek- using a small needle the doctor made this little puncture then passed a cannula (blunt bendy tube) under the skin to the under eye area and injected filler via the blunt tube, resulting in little or no swelling or bruising and much safer for the patient as no needle is used in the area surrounding the eye. Have been having botox for the last 5 years at different clinics (I have tried them all!) but Dr Leah achieves the best botox result I have ever had and is a good price. Dr Leah is very professional and a perfectionist, she is a proper medical doctor and knows a lot about the skin and how the face ages, she listened to me but most of all she really cared about getting a good result for me. I have had issues with my eyelids being heavy due to botox in the past when I have went to other clinics (even though they were expensive and well known clinics), Dr Leah is much better, she is busy so very experienced and goes to conferences all over the world so she seemed more up to date with the latest and best ways to inject botox than other people I have went to in the past who were much older than her. Dr Leah seems to really love her job. Best botox I have ever had, would never go to anyone else now. My next treatment I am having with her is a thread lift!
