Our holistic approach to wellbeing means we offer a wide range of Complementary Therapies and Beauty Treatments, using mainly organic and natural products.

As our world becomes busier we need to take time out to relax and recharge our batteries. With many treatments to choose from, you’ll find the perfect one for you, be it for relaxation, de-stress, muscular or postural issues or just some well-needed pampering. EARTHLIFE FITNESS
We offer a wide range of Fitness Classes, such as Yoga, Pilates, Lotte Berk, Stretch, Ballet etc, which are mainly run as 6 week courses during school term times. Classes are kept small for more individual attention and we have a maximum of 8 or 9 in any mat-work class.

Exercise helps keep our body healthy and tissues and organs working properly. In addition to keeping our bodies in good working order, exercise also helps ward off many diseases such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, osteoporosis and many others.

Pregnancy is a very special time and a woman’s body and mind will experience tremendous changes within a short period of time. We offer treatments, classes and workshops which are designed to help you adapt to the changes happening within you, prepare for and recover from the birth and bond with your new baby.
