The TIGI creative art team were in the salon today, so I happily offered to be a model, and I’m so glad I did! Kortney did a fantastic job with my hair and I love the end result. Kortney took her time to make sure she got it just right, whilst talking me through what she was doing. The atmosphere was great and the service was second to none. I've been to both Sudbury and Colchester salons and they are equally great! From the moment you arrive the staff ( from the experienced stylists to the young juniors) are attentive, polite and informative! Previously I had my same hairdressers for over 24 yrs so was very nervous about anybody else colouring or cutting my hair, but owner/manager Tracey Webb soon put a stop to that!

Since my first visit over 6 months ago, I was recently brave enough to go for a colour change too ( my blonde hair was my comfort blanket) and have not looked back!

I don't get much 'me' time but having my hair done in a relaxed atmosphere with friendly approachable staff is now a must for me!! Tracey and Des have 'got it right'...... Great salon!

Oh.... And one more thing.... They do lovely coffees, cappuccinos & lattes and last week a cheeky glass of bubbles and a mince pie!!!

Prices are excellent and my daughter was bouncing down North street feeling a million dollars with her new hair style. I was a model for the Tigi event the salon had on Friday. So glad I did as my hair needed some TLC and it certainly got that. The stylist knew exactly what products to use to help with my dry hair. The style i went for was a long bob with a fridge cut in which i was a bit scared about but my concerns got listen to and was taken into consideration. Lovely salon, lovely ladies and very professional must book my next appointment.

I visited the salon as a hair model for their recent Tigi workshop. I went from past shoulder length tired curls to a fabulous bouncy bob and am really pleased with the results! All the staff are friendly and enthusiastic and really seem to care about their work!

I was impressed with this salon starting with an amazing design, warm athmosphere, kind and possitive attitude, Becky herself and her absolutely amazing boss, who really knows what he talks about to the precision and details of every single touch of scissors. My hair was really long, but also very very damamged and frizzy, I listened to a recommendation and get it cut much shorter than I originaly wanted and also treated myself to one of FA special treatments which made my hair lovely shiny and visibly healthier straight away, Even though as a model I spent there longer time than I expected, I was surrounded by absolutely amazing and friendly proffesionals and was leaving the salon with big smile on my face and definitely looking "lush" how they would say! Cant wait to be back soon for a nice color! Would definitely recommend to everyone, who wants the best results and also some "me " relaxing time!

I have been a fan of fatal attraction for a couple of years now. I started at the Sudbury shop but due to a move now use Colchester. The staff are absolutely fantastic, I have had a number of styles and they have all looked great. Recently I decided to go from black to blonde and after stripping my own hair, I was left with an awful washed out copper look so went to FA for help. Tracey has been great from the initial consultation, with an honest upfront approach with what it would take to get the end result I desire. My hair is now looking fab and I am well on my way to the blonde I want. I am certainly a customer for life. Thank you all for a fantastic experience and your outstanding customer service xx

I had my hair done today by a very talented young lady called May. I went into the salon with brassy blonde hair which looked limp & lifeless. I left the salon feeling a million dollars. My hair was not rushed and she took great care to make sure it was done to an excellent standard. All the team are very friendly and will go to great lengths to make you feel comfortable from providing you with foot rests to refreshments. There are senior members of staff always there to advise and look over junior stylists work. No matter which stylist you have they clearly all work to a high standard & take pride in there work. They are so well organised and work well together. I've been to so many salons in recent years but this is by far the best. Had to write a review I was so happy with my overall experience at the Sudbury salon

I had a walk in appointment at the Sudbury salon today after a haircut I was so upset with somewhere else and letting it grow out into a shapeless mess it was washed and cut lovingly it feels and looks great it's soft and shiny as well as being g lovely to me as it can be daunting going somewhere new the first time! I had a total restyle yesterday with Paula and I LOVE it!! From start to finish she talked to me making sure I was happy and listened brilliantly to what I wanted from the cut! First time in a long time I've left a salon with exactly what I went in for and will be telling everyone to pop in!

Also wanted to mention Millie who cuts the hair of my 16mth old twins - always does an amazing job with the wriggly little monkeys & is very patient! See you in 6weeks!

I can't thank Michelle and the team enough. I was one stressed out bride to be and they managed to fit me in, recreate what I wanted and keep me calm at the same time as I had become a bridezilla. THANK YOU THANKYOU so much I'm now one super happy bride to be and no longer stressing. Highly recommend �

I had an appointment with Megan who is an absolute credit to you. All of your staff couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming and I would throughly recommend you to my friends and family.

Had my hair coloured by Emily and cut with Michaela. Both girls put so much time and effort into my hair and I'm so pleased with it. My hair is really thick, frizzy and damaged, but after my visit today, the colour is perfect and my hair is finally starting to look healthy again. Even though I live in Ipswich it was well worth the drive to Sudbury! I was made to feel welcome from the first time I made contact with them about my hair. Both stylists gave me some great advise and I've already booked to go back again. I feel confident that this salon will get my hair back to how it should be. Thank you x
