I've read lots of bad reviews below but still decided to order due to my usual foundation being on offer on their website and I'd never ordered with them before so wanted to see what they were like compared to where I usually buy from. I only just placed my order so couldn't account for packaging / delivery / samples, but wanted to say that people on the live chat have been really helpful, kind, and Very quick to sort out the issues I had when placing my first order. That was really appreciated as this is not a service you can have everywhere!

I've ordered off this site hundreds of times and my order has always arrived when they said it would! Love all of the products they sell and the things I tend to order are always on offer so a bonus for me! Going to continue to order from this website so I hope others aren't put off by the bad reviews �

I read lots of bad reviews, but i decided to order some products and have my own opinion. So the order came to me after 10 days, the package was very good and not damaged and the people at the customer service were very polite and ready to expalin everything to me. I think they should have a bigger variety for the free samples. I will definitely buy again!

Best customer service I have received anywhere online, no quibbles, note most peoples moans generally have to do with the courier/postal services including my own, only so much Feelunique can do until the postage terms kick in. I would not hesitate to recommend the company and use it far too much according to my bank lol, great company imo.

Never had a problem with any orders — and it's international shipping to Portugal. They have even refunded me of taxes I was charged here in Portugal by mistake. Sometimes the packages take a little bit longer to arrive, but it is probably our Postal Service's fault, since that happens frequently with also other online stores. The products arrive well packaged, in perfect conditions, and whenever there is a delay and I contact them through e-mail, I always have a reply in less than 24 hours.

I always take advantage of the free shipping over a certain amount spent, which is great.

So, good job and thank you.



My only complaint is for the products that for some reason can't be shipped here — airways restriction? Don't know.

And maybe you could offer some more generous samples whenever a big amount is spent. It's the little details...

I think perhaps people are only writing when they've had a bad experience and no one shares their good experiences.

I ordered Tuesday, it came today (Saturday) what I ordered arrived within the time frame given...that's all I asked for.

The tracking is a little rubbish as it constantly tells you it's in transit, however if you put your tracking number into the the actual courier website, then it gives you much more detailed information as to where your goods are.

I will order again.

After reading all of the bad reviews I was super scared that mine won't come. However, I just got my order. Its surprising considering its Sunday and nobody does delivery on Sunday. Everything came with a really nice packaging. The only thing I didn't like is the size of my products. I kinda imagined them to be bigger.

Rubbish service from a company selling high end goods- Never sent me the free shampoo/conditioner which was part of my deal. They also delivered it to the wrong address. I contacted them and they told me they couldn't send me the free gift as it was out of stock. I looked online and they where still offering the SAME free gift as part of the package so they where obviously lying. I emailed them numerous times and often they just ignored my comments and haven't addressed any issues I had with the order- totally dismissive. Don't believe there acclaimed 5* reviews on their website for their customer service!!!

Rubbish delivery service. Worst courier ever. They don't update the hours when the parcel will be delivered, so I guess they expect you to hang around indefinitely. By now, my package probably has been returned to you guys, although I've been waiting for it for a week. I've also stayed at home when the courier was supposed to arrive, but nothing. I've asked their clients service to cancel my order, they couldn't help me with it. Not sure what's next now. I guess another complaint from me. Not using your services again. allbeauty and Amazon are doing an outstanding job.

I completed my order at about 4.30pm on Tuesday. I selected and paid for next day deliverly as Wednesday was the only day I could guarantee somebody would be in all day.



I tracked the order online a few times throughout the day and It said "at national sorting hub" each time. I assumed this was some kind of glitch as, thankfully, whenever I've paid for next day delivery it has arrived. Which really Is what you should expect if you're paying for a service.



I waited until 9pm and nothing arrived. Today I checked the parcel tracker and it now says "parcel late" and that it is at my local sorting hub. It also shows two delivery pending signs with 28/10/16 on. Unfortunately if the parcel arrives today there is nobody in until 14.30, and from what I've read I gather it will be returned to sender.



I'm furious, I go on holiday late on Friday afternoon and needed the items I've ordered, another reason I opted for next day delivery



I decided to use feelunique as I thought it would save me time and stress, and saving me from having to make a trip into Liverpool after work. I really should have taken the time to just go, as it would have been cheaper and I would actually have my items.



I am not a complainer and would have not hesitated to leave positive feedback, had my experience been a good one. However, it hasn't.



Hopefully my order is delivered and received by myself by Friday morning. Otherwise I will have no option but to raise a formal complaint.

Paid for next day delivery for an item to arrive yesterday... No sign of it. Needed it for my holiday this weekend, no email or anything to explain why it is not here. Guess I'll have to go out and buy it all again!!! And the tracking service is just pointless as it still says "order placed" tried to contact the customer care number, however it then goes on to explain they are closed, but open 8am-8pm. How does that work out?

For anyone who is tempted to pay extra and use their next day delivery option, don't bother. My order was meant to arrive on Friday, however it has not turned up yet. The 'Track your parcel' link is absolutely useless because the courier does not update the information hence making it difficult to know when the parcel will be arriving, so at the moment I have no idea when my order will be delivered. I've been a customer since 2009 and to be honest, I doubt I'll be using feelunique again...

Feelunique has some really good products for a really good price... when you email and say you're not happy with the delivery service they are good at helping for the first time.



I am now on my second delivery that I got an email about saying it was delivered but I have no idea where it is... no note through my door, no tracking from Hermes who are equally as shocking. All I would like is a little message through my door saying parcel left at such and such. Maybe also a good thing would be to have the text alerts and email alerts from Hermes. I would like to say that I might use them again but I am seriously doubting it when you can't even get the items you want delivered!!!

Been waiting in all day for the courier, only to be told by some snotty FeelUnique representative that it would be delivered around 4pm. 'They usually deliver around 4pm'. I've now come to realise that this was a complete fob off as the phone lines close at 4pm and the customer service rep didn't want another phone call.

Parcel is still not here and shocking customer service. Not impressed and not likely to be spending the best part of £100.00 again!

I placed my order on Thursday and there was an item I wanted for an event this evening, complete disappointment!

Absolutely shocking service!!! Ordered a foundation on Thursday! Been waiting in for it for the past two days, still nothing!!! I then speak to the courier who told me they haven't even sent it out for delivery today and it will be sent to tomorrow!!! Well guess what, being 38 weeks pregnant I have midwife checks tomorrow so I'm not going to be in!!! I call feelunique, they tell me it's been shipped today, when the courier said it hasn't?! Very conflicting information and still no foundation! They can't even put a note on the delivery to leave it with a neighbor or in a safe place!!! I will be making it clear to everyone to not use feelunique if they actually want reliable decent customer service!

Paid for next day delivery for an item to arrive yesterday... No sign of it. Needed it for my holiday this weekend, no email or anything to explain why it is not here. Guess I'll have to go out and buy it all again!!! And the tracking service is just pointless as it still says "order placed" tried to contact the customer care number, however it then goes on to explain they are closed, but open 8am-8pm. How does that work out?

No contact was made to find out how to find my address after they couldn't find me after 2 weeks of my package being dispatched and me being told to be patient by feel unique staff. The package has now been returned to sender and I will not be ordering from them again. Slow contact and very disappointing when you're looking forward to receiving your items!' I really wanted the items so I asked first time to resend it. Second time the same happened! For sure now I will never order anymore at Feelunique. Very bad experience!

For anyone who is tempted to pay extra and use their next day delivery option, don't bother. My order was meant to arrive on Friday, however it has not turned up yet. The 'Track your parcel' link is absolutely useless because the courier does not update the information hence making it difficult to know when the parcel will be arriving, so at the moment I have no idea when my order will be delivered. I've been a customer since 2009 and to be honest, I doubt I'll be using feelunique again...

Feelunique has some really good products for a really good price... when you email and say you're not happy with the delivery service they are good at helping for the first time.



I am now on my second delivery that I got an email about saying it was delivered but I have no idea where it is... no note through my door, no tracking from Hermes who are equally as shocking. All I would like is a little message through my door saying parcel left at such and such. Maybe also a good thing would be to have the text alerts and email alerts from Hermes. I would like to say that I might use them again but I am seriously doubting it when you can't even get the items you want delivered!!!

Been waiting in all day for the courier, only to be told by some snotty FeelUnique representative that it would be delivered around 4pm. 'They usually deliver around 4pm'. I've now come to realise that this was a complete fob off as the phone lines close at 4pm and the customer service rep didn't want another phone call.

Parcel is still not here and shocking customer service. Not impressed and not likely to be spending the best part of £100.00 again!

I placed my order on Thursday and there was an item I wanted for an event this evening, complete disappointment!

Absolutely shocking service!!! Ordered a foundation on Thursday! Been waiting in for it for the past two days, still nothing!!! I then speak to the courier who told me they haven't even sent it out for delivery today and it will be sent to tomorrow!!! Well guess what, being 38 weeks pregnant I have midwife checks tomorrow so I'm not going to be in!!! I call feelunique, they tell me it's been shipped today, when the courier said it hasn't?! Very conflicting information and still no foundation! They can't even put a note on the delivery to leave it with a neighbor or in a safe place!!! I will be making it clear to everyone to not use feelunique if they actually want reliable decent customer service!
