Halloween nails....

Today I had an appointment, and the result was wonderful. I'm really satisfied.

Staff are friendly and the service is excellent . I always have beautiful nails . I go nowhere else.

Girls are very good on there duty, 2 stars are for the price only not for the service. This place its very expansive, just round the corner you will have the same treatments at a very less cost.I am sorry I won't come back

Worst experience ever!! Came in to find my regular girl not there as she is on holiday, asked if they could just file down and put shellac on my natural nail only for the woman to start using the machine to take off my nail polish and cut down which already irritated me as I don't like the machine being used on my natural nail as it thins it. And then she proceeds to put acrylic back onto my natural nail which defeats the purpose of having shellac, I had to tell her several times how to do a coffin shaped nail. At this point I was so upset I let her just finish the job and refused to even have shellac on top of acrylic for them to just extort me after I had paid they tried to charge more for shellac take off when she used a machine to remove it instead of soaking it! I was so upset I left with wet nails as she did a poor job painting them anyways. Poor service, there's kids running around and no one telling them off. They were literally sharing my seat with me and I was on the edge just trying to keep composure as they were pushing me off. It's a joke in there.
