This was my first time at LMI with Ben.... I have huge phobias about salons!!!! Well I will be going back I think I have finally found my hairdresser (sorry Ben your stuck with me now) fabulous service made to feel very welcome

If I could give them more then 5 stars I would! This guys are amazing! Recommend them to every one! Thank you Ben for fixing my ex horrible hair and making it a beautiful one! Really hard working team! Well done everyone!Thank you!

I never go to the same salon twice, because I purely decide the night before that I want my hair done and go wherever has availability, BUT I have been back to LMI three times in a row because I love this salon. It is a really lovely environment and everyone is so nice, even if they aren't your stylist! Annmarie did an amazing job with my eyebrows, was so professional and I walked away so happy with them and Vijay was so lovely when doing my hair and genuinely gave me advice about my hair. I have booked to go back in 8 weeks which is something I never do! 100% recommend!

I had my hair cut by Georgia today, she made me feel so comfortable (I’m not great in hairdressers, It’s all the mirrors!) I came out feeling amazing, was told everything she was doing and what products. I ended up with fab hair that is a lot more manageable now, and healthy. I Will definitely be going back love this place, lovely people, great atmosphere and such talented stylists

I had an appointment with Vijay and Georgia today and they have both completely transformed my hair!! Before today my hair had been ruined by another stylist, it was horrible to look at, poor condition and I just really hated it; but these two hair gurus have fixed my hair and given me something to be proud of! We’re not quite there yet, but we are so close! I can’t wait to go back next month to finish off my hair transformation! They were so lovely and made me feel so comfortable, telling me what they were doing and how this would help to achieve the result I wanted - it was nice to be able to have a laugh with them as well!!

Highly recommended. I had the best pamper day ever. This salon and there amazing friendly staff members, make you feel so welcome. I had my beautiful nails done by Ann. Ann was extremely professional and made me feel a million dollars.

Ben did a fantastic job treating my hair and washing it. I had the best massage ever.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Georgia getting my hair platinum and vijay for getting my easy locks hair extensions and saving my bacon. Your all so wonderful and you have a regular client.

Thank you for all my products. I highly recommend getting those products. Especially if your blonde too.

Having been a few times to have my own hair cut I decided to take my 11 year old daughter to have her hair done for her Year 6 Leavers Party. Everyone is always so friendly and Estee was absolutely amazing with my daughter. She had her hair washed before having it trimmed and then styled for her night out. She looked like a superstar! Thank you so much Estee and all the staff at LMI xxxx

Had my hair done today by georgia I'm super super chuffed. I travelled from gravesend was worth it Everything was A* from start to finish in every way. I never re-book but I have already booked again. Everyone was so lovely. � xx

Had my hair cut today for the first time by Georgia. She understood exactly what I want and how I felt. I now feel more like my old self again. Will definitely be back. Thank you Georgia.

First time going to lmi and it was a massive risk for me because I’m really fussy and weird when it comes to people doing my hair I’ve only ever had my sister in law and auntie do it. Jordan is honestly a miracle worker! My hair feels amazing! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming I loved it�would definitely recommend to anyone

Felt very nervous today, I must say the staff are amazing making sure I was comfortable with everything, had loads of laughs, and most of all I love my new hair, finally found a salon that’s super xx

Emma does my hair extentions, amazing colour match and very natural xx
