🙋🏻‍♀️Hey everybody! #MYLtakeover My name is Kira, some of you might know me as @nnailtasticc.
Even though I'd rather yell "Yaaay, it's my takeover..." and jump around trying to show all the happy emotions on my face at once ☺️😅😏😍, I'll try to keep it calm and tell you a bit about myself.
... I'm 32 years old and I'm from Estonia 🇪🇪, a small country in North-Eastern Europe. In my real life, I'm a scientist in the field of biotechnology. My shadow life as a nailblogger started almost two years ago, when I saw gorgeous nailart created by talented girls around the world on Instagram. I immediately bought myself some polishes, and the most important thing (I remember it, as it was yesterday) - Illusion starter kit by MoYou.
I fell in love with stamping designs from my first manicure. The time went by and my collection of stamping plates grew as fast as my nail polish collection.
MoYou London is definitely my favorite brand, I have 71 plate, and I need more. My favorite collections are Scandi, Minimal and Trend hunter 😅

Ordered some plates and mat on Boxing Day afternoon. Next day got a text (27th) saying it’s on it’s way and it arrived the following day (28th!) awesome work guys!!! And I’ve checked over the plates and they all appear to have arrived in perfect condition! Love the little sleeves for storing them in, absolutely gorgeous. Hurry up and get the clear stamper and 60 plate storage case back in stock please! I need more Moyou London! �

MoYou is amazing! Their stamping plates are the best and they have great stampers though the clear ones do take some time to get used to.

MoYou also has speedy delivery especially during Black Friday and Boxing Day which my ordered from both of these days where shipped first class.

I had purchased a cheap stamp and plate kit and got so frustrated with it, determined to conquer this skill I went for MoYou London.



Absolutely love the stamper and plates completely amazing. Have placed several orders always arrives quickly, when I have had an issue they have responded super quick.



The only issue I’m having - which I believe is a user issue � is that if I use it as a base colour I am using a Jessica nails bottom coat, two coats of MoYou colour and one coat of MoYou top coat I’m getting chipping. The colour is just flaking off. Having just bitten the bullet to buy the 48 colour bundle I’m hoping someone with experience might be able to help me as id love to get my nails looking fab for tomorrow! I



I do normally have gels then stamp on top it’s only since using the MoYou colour all over the nail I’ve had the problem. Wouldn’t normally include a question in a review but could really do with some help � and be grateful for any received x

I got my package after just a few days. I'm a newbie when it comes to stamping, but I already love it� I will definitely order more. I love the polishes as well� I really really recommend this brand!

I am yet to use the plates I ordered but they seem to be very good quality. Nail varnish is a lovely quality and colour! Also the delivery was super quick, I chose the standard delivery and my order was estimated delivery by the Tuesday the 27th but they arrived today a week early! Also I was kept up to date throughout shipping process. Overall very happy!

I’ve had a couple plates for ages and their polish that I had gifted to me for my birthday, and I’m totally hooked. Plates are amazing and the 3 in 1 stamper is a dream!! Even the stamped that came with the collection I was gifted was really good! I just wanted to see through it for more fiddly designs.



So many quirky designs to choose from I’m addicted already.



I also don’t know how anyone can slate the quality of this product, I have loads of their plates and I have quite a few from other companies too, MoYou plates are by far the best ones I have and they’re one of the most affordable too.

After I didn't, however, received my order I got into contact with Moyou's customer service. They asked me to wait for the parcel to arrive a little bit and assured me to reship or refund my order if necessary. This was the case, so I told them and they reshipped my order without any complications. To ensure it would not get lost once again they booked the tracking option for my parcel for free - this is what I call an excellent service! Despite everything that has happened to my original order, I feel very well served now! Thank You! :)

5 stars for faultless customer service this morning from Virgillia at MoYou London! I placed my first order with them last week. Great plates and polishes but couldn't get on with the stamper I bought. Tried everything, including a lesson from a friend who has used Moyou stamping products for several years and still no luck. Tried another Moyou stamper of hers and it worked no problem. MoYou refunded the full cost of the stamper and processed a new order including a new stamper over the phone. Great work from a very professional and friendly Virgillia - thank you!

Never had any problems with delivery and the plates are beautiful.



My only issue is postage from their website if you're including nail polishes is £6.99!



It's not a large or bulky item and it doesn't come really quickly so it seems like a huge amount but apparently the polish is considered a "dangerous item" so it has to be shipped specially.



I'd love to buy a plate/polish a month to build my collection but the delivery cost is prohibitive!

Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but my nail varnish is coming off my nails the day after I have put it on. I love the colours, but find it frustrating that they are chipping so easy.

Just spent £40 on the Olivia set at the royal highland show in Edinburgh, just tried this out on my daughter, unfortunately the roller does not pick up the nail polish for the to transfer to her nails when placed on the templates. also no scraper has been included in the pack. Very disappointed as this was expensive and doesn’t do what it says on the tin! Would be great full of a reply! Thx

I got my first MoYou London plate yesterday. I have paid more for only 1 of the 80+ plates I own. There are 18 images on the plate, and I will never buy another 6x3 image plate again. The images are not long enough and are too narrow. I am so disappointed in my MoYou plate.

Totally shocking, placed order early December and has taken me to contact them several time to find out where the order is... now three nearly four weeks later they are saying a plate is out of stock.... i wish I hadn't bothered buying! Shocking customer service I wouldn't recommend what so ever.. cowboy outfit ��

Totally disappointed by the shipping charges. 3.99 for UK with a long wait (5-7 working days), when the actual cost for shipping a stamping plate is 0.67 first class (next working day)!!

Really let down, because I adore these plates. I have placed multiple orders, and each time, weeks have passed without so much as a word. After waiting nearly three weeks for a shipping update, it took days to finally have someone respond to my order status inquiry, which only happened via Facebook messenger because the email they provide for customer service doesn’t actually exist. I was told my order wasn’t going to ship, for reasons basically undisclosed (poor communication with their US shop, etc ... what does that even mean??). I was also told that my holiday plates which were ordered in mid-November would definitely not arrive in time for the holidays. I was given a refund and a discount code to use in the future. Anyone care to wager a guess as to what happened when I placed a new order? Yep. Same exact thing again. I contacted them once again, after two weeks of radio silence, and was told again that my order wouldn’t be shipping, and the plates I ordered were now out of stock, even though they show as being in stock on the site. I’m still waiting to receive my latest refund.



I really wish I had taken a moment to read the other reviews prior to ordering. I can’t believe how many other people have had this exact problem. I think it’s safe to say that MoYou has lost this customer.

Moyou London used to have the best customer service, but now? Ha!



I've purchased over 100 plates, plus stampers, plus polish, plus gifts, directly from Moyou over the years, but lately I'm lucky to receive an order without it being lost in the post, or, waiting well over a month and a half for it to arrive.



After yet another order not arriving after two months of waiting, I was told that the problem was mine and that they would no longer honour their 'Free Shipping over x amount of $', that my account had been flagged and going forward, the only way they would ship to me is if I paid for tracked shipping. Um, whaaaat??!



So now they're using a cheaper postal service and because it's taking a ridiculous amount of time for the orders to arrive (if they arrive at all), it's somehow my fault?? Let me also make the point that ALL of my mail arrives on time, except for orders from ebay (China), which are expected to take well over two months.



After an incredulous, and albeit indignant, response to their last email, I have yet to hear anything back from them, and I'm assuming I won't.



Going forward, I will never again order from Moyou London, as it is clear as day they have no appreciation, nor respect for loyal customers - customers that they built their business on. I know I can't be the only one experiencing these problems, which is the most frustrating part.



So, Moyou, take responsibility for your cost saving measures when orders fail to arrive in a timely manner, and don't place the onus of blame with your customers when it clearly lies with you.



Adios Moyou, and kiss my money goodbye.

I'll probably buy these plates from a local supplier in future. I made a mistake in my haste to get my order in before the sale ended. Their site states if you notify them of any changes you wish to make, they will honour it if the order hasn't shipped yet. So I notified them minutes after placing my order. Got a response today basically saying "tough luck" because they have a backlog of orders from the sale so changes can't be made. There's nothing on their site that states this and while I realise the issue of ordering the wrong item was my fault, I didn't think requesting a simple item swap (same price, same type of item) would be difficult even if my order is delayed because of it. I was told to return the item and note a replacement which would cost me more money rendering the sale I participated in pointless. They haven't even shipped the order as of writing this so I'm not sure why it's an issue but there it is. I will be purchasing from a stockist instead of direct in future as they have better customer service.

I placed my 1st order 19th November forba festive collection..text recieved 21st November to say dispatched....nothing came rang 28th told to wait till december 4th..still nothing...rang back to be told they would reissue on the promise of next day delivery...still nothing....checked my emails last night to say products i originally ordered are now out of stock!!!!! Fuming doesnt cut it...i jad clients booked in who i have now had to let down....your customer service is shocking!!! An apology at least wouldnt go a miss!!

I’ve had a couple plates for ages and their polish that I had gifted to me for my birthday, and I’m totally hooked. Plates are amazing and the 3 in 1 stamper is a dream!! Even the stamped that came with the collection I was gifted was really good! I just wanted to see through it for more fiddly designs.

I also don’t know how anyone can slate the quality of this product, I have loads of their plates and I have quite a few from other companies too, MoYou plates are by far the best ones I have and they’re one of the most affordable too.

After I didn't, however, received my order I got into contact with Moyou's customer service. They asked me to wait for the parcel to arrive a little bit and assured me to reship or refund my order if necessary. This was the case, so I told them and they reshipped my order without any complications. To ensure it would not get lost once again they booked the tracking option for my parcel for free - this is what I call an excellent service! Despite everything that has happened to my original order, I feel very well served now! Thank You! :)

Great plates and polishes but couldn't get on with the stamper I bought. Tried everything, including a lesson from a friend who has used Moyou stamping products for several years and still no luck. Tried another Moyou stamper of hers and it worked no problem. MoYou refunded the full cost of the stamper and processed a new order including a new stamper over the phone. Great work from a very professional and friendly Virgillia - thank you!

Never had any problems with delivery and the plates are beautiful.



My only issue is postage from their website if you're including nail polishes is £6.99!



It's not a large or bulky item and it doesn't come really quickly so it seems like a huge amount but apparently the polish is considered a "dangerous item" so it has to be shipped specially.



I'd love to buy a plate/polish a month to build my collection but the delivery cost is prohibitive!

Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but my nail varnish is coming off my nails the day after I have put it on. I love the colours, but find it frustrating that they are chipping so easy.

Just spent £40 on the Olivia set at the royal highland show in Edinburgh, just tried this out on my daughter, unfortunately the roller does not pick up the nail polish for the to transfer to her nails when placed on the templates. also no scraper has been included in the pack. Very disappointed as this was expensive and doesn’t do what it says on the tin! Would be great full of a reply! Thx

I got my first MoYou London plate yesterday. I have paid more for only 1 of the 80+ plates I own. There are 18 images on the plate, and I will never buy another 6x3 image plate again. The images are not long enough and are too narrow. I am so disappointed in my MoYou plate.

Totally shocking, placed order early December and has taken me to contact them several time to find out where the order is... now three nearly four weeks later they are saying a plate is out of stock.... i wish I hadn't bothered buying! Shocking customer service I wouldn't recommend what so ever.. cowboy outfit ��

Totally disappointed by the shipping charges. 3.99 for UK with a long wait (5-7 working days), when the actual cost for shipping a stamping plate is 0.67 first class (next working day)!!

After waiting nearly three weeks for a shipping update, it took days to finally have someone respond to my order status inquiry, which only happened via Facebook messenger because the email they provide for customer service doesn’t actually exist. I was told my order wasn’t going to ship, for reasons basically undisclosed (poor communication with their US shop, etc ... what does that even mean??). I was also told that my holiday plates which were ordered in mid-November would definitely not arrive in time for the holidays. I was given a refund and a discount code to use in the future. Anyone care to wager a guess as to what happened when I placed a new order? Yep. Same exact thing again. I contacted them once again, after two weeks of radio silence, and was told again that my order wouldn’t be shipping, and the plates I ordered were now out of stock, even though they show as being in stock on the site. I’m still waiting to receive my latest refund.



I really wish I had taken a moment to read the other reviews prior to ordering. I can’t believe how many other people have had this exact problem. I think it’s safe to say that MoYou has lost this customer.

I've purchased over 100 plates, plus stampers, plus polish, plus gifts, directly from Moyou over the years, but lately I'm lucky to receive an order without it being lost in the post, or, waiting well over a month and a half for it to arrive.



After yet another order not arriving after two months of waiting, I was told that the problem was mine and that they would no longer honour their 'Free Shipping over x amount of $', that my account had been flagged and going forward, the only way they would ship to me is if I paid for tracked shipping. Um, whaaaat??!



So now they're using a cheaper postal service and because it's taking a ridiculous amount of time for the orders to arrive (if they arrive at all), it's somehow my fault?? Let me also make the point that ALL of my mail arrives on time, except for orders from ebay (China), which are expected to take well over two months.



After an incredulous, and albeit indignant, response to their last email, I have yet to hear anything back from them, and I'm assuming I won't.



Going forward, I will never again order from Moyou London, as it is clear as day they have no appreciation, nor respect for loyal customers - customers that they built their business on. I know I can't be the only one experiencing these problems, which is the most frustrating part.



So, Moyou, take responsibility for your cost saving measures when orders fail to arrive in a timely manner, and don't place the onus of blame with your customers when it clearly lies with you.



Adios Moyou, and kiss my money goodbye.

I'll probably buy these plates from a local supplier in future. I made a mistake in my haste to get my order in before the sale ended. Their site states if you notify them of any changes you wish to make, they will honour it if the order hasn't shipped yet. So I notified them minutes after placing my order. Got a response today basically saying "tough luck" because they have a backlog of orders from the sale so changes can't be made. There's nothing on their site that states this and while I realise the issue of ordering the wrong item was my fault, I didn't think requesting a simple item swap (same price, same type of item) would be difficult even if my order is delayed because of it. I was told to return the item and note a replacement which would cost me more money rendering the sale I participated in pointless. They haven't even shipped the order as of writing this so I'm not sure why it's an issue but there it is. I will be purchasing from a stockist instead of direct in future as they have better customer service.

I placed my 1st order 19th November forba festive collection..text recieved 21st November to say dispatched....nothing came rang 28th told to wait till december 4th..still nothing...rang back to be told they would reissue on the promise of next day delivery...still nothing....checked my emails last night to say products i originally ordered are now out of stock!!!!! Fuming doesnt cut it...i jad clients booked in who i have now had to let down....your customer service is shocking!!! An apology at least wouldnt go a miss!!

Ordered some plates and mat on Boxing Day afternoon. Next day got a text (27th) saying it’s on it’s way and it arrived the following day (28th!) awesome work guys!!! And I’ve checked over the plates and they all appear to have arrived in perfect condition! Love the little sleeves for storing them in, absolutely gorgeous. Hurry up and get the clear stamper and 60 plate storage case back in stock please! I need more Moyou London! �

MoYou is amazing! Their stamping plates are the best and they have great stampers though the clear ones do take some time to get used to.

MoYou also has speedy delivery especially during Black Friday and Boxing Day which my ordered from both of these days where shipped first class.

I had purchased a cheap stamp and plate kit and got so frustrated with it, determined to conquer this skill I went for MoYou London.



Absolutely love the stamper and plates completely amazing. Have placed several orders always arrives quickly, when I have had an issue they have responded super quick.



The only issue I’m having - which I believe is a user issue � is that if I use it as a base colour I am using a Jessica nails bottom coat, two coats of MoYou colour and one coat of MoYou top coat I’m getting chipping. The colour is just flaking off. Having just bitten the bullet to buy the 48 colour bundle I’m hoping someone with experience might be able to help me as id love to get my nails looking fab for tomorrow! I



I do normally have gels then stamp on top it’s only since using the MoYou colour all over the nail I’ve had the problem. Wouldn’t normally include a question in a review but could really do with some help � and be grateful for any received x
