I wanted to try a facial treatment and yesterday I went to Primas Beauty Clinic. The microdermabrasion and spa combined facial is fantasy! I had just my first session and the skin of my face has already improved, it looks so healthy and shiny! While the beautiful Shelly was working on me I was listening to a lovely brazilian music playlist on the background. I would recommend Primas Beauty to everyone who wants to have a relaxing time while being looked after. Amazing location, lovely and friendly staff, top 5!

I visit Primas Med Spa in several occasions for facials and hair laser treatment. I must say Shirley and her team are absolutely top notch, it is a really nice environment and you feel welcome by everyone. My treatments by Shirley was absolutely fantastic she is very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did she answer all questions about my skin but also explained all the procedures and gave me lots of advice. I had a great experience and I will definitely recommend it.

I have been having my fácil treatment in microdermabrasion for about 1 hr with Shirley and have founded her to be the best therapist she is so pacient, polite, perfection and very professional beauty therapist in all the sense. I recently noticed that they also provide beauty treatments and I decided to make an appointment for another facial as the treatment was awesome and My skin looks so smooth and shine and I highly recommend it always. I now make regular appointments for all my beauty treatments.

Great family run, friendly, relaxed, professional beauty salon. They can't do enough to help. They understand we have very busy/ stressful City lives and try their very best to fit in with us. Alessandra and all the staff are so friendly, welcoming and proffessional! They have all been so knowledgable and accomodating with my laser hair removal treatment. I've had three sessions now and the results are great so far! The salon itself is beautifully decorated and clean and has a lovely calming atmosphere. I would recommend this salon, and the laser hair removal treatment to everybody!

Absolutely fantastic - I had an incredible facial which has left my skins so soft, clean and hydrated and an amazing experience with the Pressotherapy session which was so much fun and has left me feeling fabulous! Thank you to The whole team for making me feel very welcome and for a wonderful Saturday afternoon!

The products they used were beautiful, but I felt like the facial itself was a bit rough and almost felt rushed (although I do understand there is limited time for each treatment) Nevertheless, I walked away with amazing, clean feeling skin and am pleased with the Alumier skincare I purchased - If only I could find it in New Zealand!

The staff were very friendly, I was given a voucher from a friend which is why I booked with them, I had a facial and eye brow wax, although the treatment was nice and my skin mostly feels great when I got home later I realised my eye lids were sore and both have either been burnt from some of the products or skin stripped off from the eyebrow wax. I may visit again with a voucher but not sure I would pay full price until I see that my face isn’t harmed in anyway.

My daughter gave me a Groupon voucher for Mother's Day and I was delighted to receive this. I had a mini facial and a back, neck and shoulder massage - a lovely hour of treatments. The girls who looked after me were very nice and made me feel very comfortable. For me, the downside was the fact that the walls to the individual treatment rooms do not go right up to the (very high) ceilings. The ambience was therefore very much affected by the telephone ringing and people talking, and, despite some soothing background music, I wasn't able to relax and totally "chill" because of the noise.
