I get laser hair removal and as a POC they were honest on any potential side effects and gave me time to consider my options and then make a decision, rather than trying to rush me and take my money.

Got my lower legs done by Tash, she was absolutely amazing! So informative and patient. Can’t wait to get my next treatment done �

Won't return my deposit of almost 200 pounds despite saying they would do so 5 weeks ago. Only had a consultation and didn't go ahead with the procedure. Awful service.

I’m writing this on behalf of Silvia Zabala, because she doesn’t use Facebook: “I had a very bad experience with this clinic. I went there for removal my tattoo, I got a 4 session pack, and in one of this sessions I got all my skin burned with big blisters, as you can see in the pictures, and so much pain. I got an infection and I had to go to the hospital. After that they called me offering me a new treatment for healing the skin so I gave them another chance in order to heal my skin. Well, after the second treatment they burned me again, so my skin is burned with a lot of pain when It’s supposed that this treatment was going to recover my skin. This are the pictures of my skin in both treatments so I can not trust them anymore, It is the worst experience of my whole life. Unprofessional staff without taken care the clients. They fuck my up again and now I have to go every 2 days to the hospital for a new process of healing”
