What amazing service this little shop gives..bought my daughters prom dress and nothing was too much trouble, the fitting room with huge mirror and the attention from the lovely ladies made it a really enjoyable afternoon..and I hate shopping! ��

We've used RiRi's twice for both our daughters proms. It only took one visit for each of them to find the perfect dress for their event. And both times the service was personal and relaxed. No pressure to rush or to buy. Would recommend every time. Thank you

We went to Ri RI's after a very hectic and rushed experience at another prom dress shop were we were just given tokens and waited over an hour just to use changing rooms. I wasn't looking forward to going anywhere else after that as it was just so stressful. Ri Ri's was a totally different experience. Just one other person in the shop and Ria's mum was on hand to personally assist with changing, choosing and helping. We found the dress of my daughters dreams and she felt like a princess. The dress is of fantastic quality and looked amazing.

Visited today with my daughter and came out of your shop with one very very happy girl!!!!!! Myself the bride to be and my Maid of Honour spent well over two hours here today and had such a good time with Annette we totally forgot where time went . It appears to be a prom dress shop but no it has everything.

Ladies I highly recommend this place the best personal service ever and if your over 45 ask for Annette to be your personal advisor.. We loved her and will return after my wedding to show her the photos. Xxxx 5 stars �

The best boutique I could have shopped in for my prom dress, my two cousins shopped here last here and was buzzing to go and can honestly say the girls in there make you feel so comfortable and are so lovely. Riri chose dresses that I could never picture myself in and I came out with the colour I said I didn’t want! The best boutique for prom dresses ever wouldn’t have wanted to go anywhere else. RiRi's had it all , beautiful dresses and second to none service. My daughter felt very comfortable and at home which for her was important.

They gave experienced and professional advice and everything they said worked and they put my daughter in a dress that she hadn't necessarily had in mind but looked absolutely stunning on her and she instantly fell in love with it and experienced that Wow Factor ! They all hope for.

We therefore said, 'Yes to the dress!' And rang the bell they had on their wall. Which was another great element to buying a prom dress.

The allteration service they offered was also exceptional as well as reasonable and I will use this for my own alterations in the futire

I collected my daughter's prom dress today. We're all delighted. We made the most of your services which allowed us to book the shop for an evening back in February. Isabel and three of her friends spent a fabulous two hours, with you and your lovely staff, trying on as many dresses as they could! She found the perfect dress. The dress is such good quality and fits like a glove. The only alteration needed was to the hemline, and your recommended seamstress has made a fantastic job of that. There was no pressure or hard sell, just lots of great advice and a lot of fun. I now have one very excited daughter who can't wait to wear the dress. Thank you.

Had 3 visits from beginning to end and every single one was an absolute pleasure. Made to feel so welcome and comfortable. My daughter found her dream dress and that's not easy. She is beyond happy and can't wait to wear it. Thank you so much to all the staff. We both felt a bit sad knowing it was our last visit today. Thank you so much

Came to this boutique yesterday with my daughter in the hope that we would find a perfect dress for her prom. We were both delighted that Lottie did indeed find the perfect dress! There was absolutely no pressure in buying and we were given all the time we needed to choose. We were given lots of useful advice and tips and generally came out of the shop delighted with having a fantastic shopping experience! All items were packaged beautifully! I would recommend to anyone! Thank you so much from a very happy mum and daughter!!❤️

Both my daughter's got their prom dresses here and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Ria the owner was attentive and has a great knowledge of what looks good and what doesn't. We wasn't rushed in any way unlike some other places we tried on my first daughters prom. Would highly recommend Ri Ri's.

I visited yesterday with my daughter and have to say this shop is one of the best prom dress shop there is , the service from everyone that works there is outstanding and the gowns are amazing plenty of choice , Ria and her mum even stayed open later to help my daughter find the perfect gown for her xxxxx I have recommended this shop to all her friends xxx

After thinking about this for several weeks and thinking about opinions of others i decided to write this review. Me and my daughter found our experience at Ri Ri's a good one until months after buying the dress my daughter had to have a major back operation to which she couldn't attend her prom, my daughter was devastated, i asked Ria if she would take the dress back as they were still selling that line, i even offered for her to keep my deposit. Although Ria was helpful giving me a website etc to sell it on, i would not get anywhere near what i paid for it, it still has the labels on and hasn't been altered. Ria then offered to take the dress back next prom season and if sold would split the money with me 50/50,when she has already had the profit from it the first time. I thought this was an exceptional situation and a real lack of compassion was showed, now we are left with a £365 dress just a reminder for my daughter of what she missed out on .
