Friendly Staff! Cheap prices and love what they have done with my hair! Going to go again!

Over the last 3 years I've been either coming here every 4-6 weeks for a haircut, I love the place, I think your staff are friendly, good at their jobs and you're great value for money but recently was probably the worst experience and only bad one that I can actually recall in my 36 years of having my haircut.



I came in and asked for a dry haircut at the £10 cost, the stylist took me and said let's wash your hair, I said no it's already been washed, there's nothing in it all, he said "it has to be washed", I said no it doesn't and he started to sulk, took me to my chair and for the whole time had a face of thunder the whole time, I can only assume that they get the extra £3 that I would have had to pay for the wash....



He cut my hair and at the end just pulled the sheet away and that was that, I asked if I could have something put in my hair, some wax, he said "you want wax", I said yes please, he said "you want wax or spray?" I said "wax please", he huffed and walked off and returned 10 seconds later and just sprayed my hair with hairspray, I just said "really?" and he put my bill down, I just put my £10 down and walked out, I think that is the first time I have ever not given at least a £2 tip.



The guy did not even show me the back of my hair in the mirror, he just wanted to get rid of ASAP... I went straight from the salon to a friends house, where straight away people started pointing out clumps of hair on the side of my head that he hadn't shaven, litteraly about 2 inches long (I had a number 1 on the sides), there was clumps on the back, different lenghs on the top, it was a complete mess, my friends wife had to take me to the bathroom and tidy up the sides as best she could and then this morning I have just gone and paid somebody else to tidy it up a little and they were surprised by what they saw.



I had to go somewhere else and pay again the following morning to get it redone.



I think the stylists name was Nino.
