Visiting from Canada and my nails were in need of mid holiday touch up. I rented an air bnb in the area and every time I walked by this place it looked like a place I wanted to check out, boy was I right. The atmosphere was unlike any nail bar I've been to, I don't think I've ever laughed harder. All the women in the place, working or being pampered, all telling stories and jokes and to top it off the best mani pedi I've ever had. I went home and told my husband I wanted to live in this air bnb so I could have swanky 's mani pedis forever. Anytime I know anyone going to London I will direct them to see buckingham palace, Tower of London and swanky 's. Thanks for a great afternoon ladies

Swanky's do the best mani/pedi in town. Their Triple scrub pedicure leaves feet super smooth and beach ready. Great, friendly and intimate atmosphere, where everyone chats together and there's always a friendly face. Thoroughly recommend.

I have been using Swanky for some time now both shops are amazing but the Chamberlayne Road branch is Fantastic. I started my Birthday Celebrations there on Tuesday and as per I had the warmest welcome from the ladies and Sophie the Best Mani Pedi with the help of colour pick from Anklina Eyelashes from Sophie and Eyebrow shape. Topped off by a Gift Voucher from the Team that made me Cry (I did that when I got home) guys keep up the Amazing work and the very personal service you give all your customers...I for 1 love coming and wouldn't leave for the world. Thanks for making my special day so Amazing �

I LOVE Swankys!! Not only do you get the best manicure and pedicures it always has the most wonderful relaxed and welcoming atmosphere! Reminds me of the film 'Steel Magnolias'

It is full of wonderful women pampering and being pampered and having a great chat about all things in life!

Great care is taken when threading eyebrows on my 4th visit and they are taking shape . Polite staff clean environment .

Great atmosphere here & very professional and friendly ladies. Would definitely recommend this place & will be returning

Best Mani and Pedi in London full stop! Great atmosphere, lovely staff. Above all mani and pedi lasts, no chips after a few days and you walk away feeling amazing!!

Absolutely love Swanky's. Makes me feel like I'm in a luxury front room getting pampered with the girls. Massage was lovely btw, can't beat a good hand massage on top of a fantastic manicure.

Lovely decor at the portobello road branch. Very shabby-chic and super comfy. My regular manicures from Swanky last 10-14 days even with endless washing up. I highly recommend the triple scrub mani pedi.

Great buzzing little place with wonderful staff and the manicures are great. Also great threading and tinting services. See you soon!

Guys your pedicures are great but your customer service is awful. Book a pedicure on Monday for Sunday , paid a 20 pounds deposit. Cancelled it yesterday so well before the 24 hours rule. You owe me my deposit back but no way I can get it back online so I called you twice , sent 3 emails and still no communication about my refund. And the girl who spoke with me on phone was very short and unhelpful. It’s really poor really poor. Can you please let me know and not turn me from a fan to a detractor ? And you owe me 20 pounds which I want back. Thanks
