Would not dream of going any where else, all the girls are great and provide amazing customer service and treatments, zoph is my personal favourite for nails and alice does the most beautiful facial I have had! Can't recommend this salon enough X

Very very happy with overall experience. I came in this morning at 10am for acrylic soak off and gel overlays and I am very impressed. I had a bad experience last week with some acrylics which we're done not at all well and came off within 4 days. One of the girls who done my gel s was very professional and has a lot of experience best manicure ever, she filed my nails into a lovely shape and used a hot pink gel which is lovely for the summer! I'm even going back later to have gel s on my toes !

Very nice settings. Quiet atmosphere with polite and friendly staff. I was pleased with the experience I had on my first visit and will visiting again soon.

If you want a professional job done in a lovely setting/atmosphere, consider The Lounge... as a first choice option.

I regularly visit The Lounge in Purley and I have to say I wouldn't go anywhere else now (well unless they're fully booked and I'm in sheer desperation) I always ask for Sophie because she knows exactly how I like my nails done! Highly recommend visiting! Although make sure you book because they're always chocka! Xx

I'm extremely fussy and it was my first time so I expected to get stressed out along the way - but no, it was a real treat from start to finish. And the end result was perfect! (Just wish I'd gone for sparkle on my toes!!)

I can definitely recommend this little haven in the middle of Purley - oh, and do ask for a glass of Pinot Grigot Rose! Apparently it's never too early!!

I am visiting from Canada and was desperately looking for someone to do the fill in for my gel! My niece found Charlotte's. She phoned and made appt. with Brenda. I was impressed by Brenda who phoned and explained the process and I was very happy with the final finishing of the gel fill! Thx Brenda for doing a wonderful job on my nails! 😊👍

Have been here several times for gel manicure, pedicure and waxing. Always happy with end results. Gel pedicure still looks fantastic at 6-weeks old! Definitely recommend
