Such a great place! I've been a member for nearly 4 months. All the treatments are really good quality, the best products and a beautiful space inside. Monique and the team are all really professional. I would recommend ❤️

Just visited today for the first time and loved every minute of it! Amazing facial that was so relaxing that I wished it would be another hour long. Love my face after it - can't stop looking in the mirror, all for right reasons.

I've been a member for nearly a year now. The service is excellent, the staff are always friendly, and the treatments professional. Highly recommend.

I've been a member for 6 months now and have received excellent service throughout. Mon and the team are always improving the shop and adding new services. It's a great atmosphere in the salon, like you're catching up with friends.

As I am currently fundraising for the Anthony Nolan charity, one of my milestones was getting a body wax. Calling round a number of salons and getting turned down by most I came across the Ugly Duckling Beauty salon. The manager was so friendly on the phone and moved her schedule round to squeeze me in. All the staff were friendly, offering myself and my friend hot drinks as soon as we arrived. The place was really tidy and I felt so comfortable, albeit dreading the wax! May I say my chest has never been smoother. I doubt personally I will be back, but thoroughly recommend those humans who regularly wax to visit this place!
