Once he spent time playing computer games and eating curry, settling for mediocrity. So how did Mo Farah become a man driven enough to win double gold at the Olympics?
We all have seen or heard of the heroics of Mo Farah at this weekend’s London Marathon. He finished third behind 2 of the best marathon runners in the world with much more marathon experience than him, and also broke the UK marathon record.
... Before he was marathon running, he was of course a middle distance runner. It is impossible to overstate Farah's achievement in winning double gold in the 5,000m and 10,000m at the 2012 and 2016 Olympics. He has won all the major races at these distances, and has all the accolades to go with them.
The most astonishing thing about Farah's story, though, is just how far he has come. Ever since he was a English schoolboy champion, many people doubted he had what it took to be a world champion.
For sometime he was a mediocre distance runner. "I was out with the boys, playing computer games, going out for a curry. I thought as long as I run, that's it. I didn't know any better' So what changed? Farah says he just got fed up with himself, and with settling for relative success. "I said to myself, I don't want to be coming sixth or seventh, and being the best in Britain. I want to be the best in the world and race against these Kenyan guys."
So he stepped up another gear. So he spent more time in Kenya, running at altitude, building up speed and stamina, eating sensibly, resting and sleeping. The rest is as they say history.

I am very glad that I found this site as I found Yogesh to be very helpful. The products are excellent and I can highly recommend ordering from this site.

This company is an absolute shambles, my order was placed over three and a half weeks ago but nothing has arrived. Vitaminsuk keep repeating that the goods have been despatched, the payment was taken from my account almost immediately. They have now allegedly sent the goods again but nothing has arrived. Do not deal with this company there are plenty of other companies out there.

This company is a con. I ordered melatonin tablets, 4 weeks ago, and still waiting for delivery. They come up with excuses. The truth is they advertise supplements on the website which they are not allowed to sell.

Terrible. Put my order in almost a month ago and still hasn't arrived. Have just applied for my refund through Paypal. Do not use this company - waste of time.

Tablets never arrived. Still waiting for my promised refund after several emails saying it’s been processed. I would not recommend them unless you have money to burn!!!

String you along for weeks regarding delivery then don't reply to emails or give a refund. Zero customer services. Glad I paid by paypal.

Shocking service am still waiting for an order from 18th April. Poor Poor service!! And I want a refund!!!!! You will be getting nothing but bad reviews wherever I can put them! believe me!

Don't make the same mistake I made and order from this company - they do not have the products they sell, they will take your money and lie to you about what is happening. I placed an order on the 30th of September adn was told that my order would be shipped immediately. After 3 chasing phone calls to get some help and being told my order is being sent, I was then told on the 7th of October that my order has been shipped and would be with me in 2 - 4 days. 5 days later still not product so another call, no apology and told that it would be sent immediately. Received half of my order a few days later so I called again to be told the other half (2 identical items!) would be with me on the 19th. It's the 20th today and no sign at all. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE CHARLATANS!

BEWARE - NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR FROM "FEEL THE DIFFERENCE" THAT THEY ALSO RUN !!!
