Yoga With Hanisha

A Yoga boutique, offering small classes in a purpose built Yoga studio.

Yoga classes start off in a yang style vinyasa flow and are balanced with yin style postures that are more calming, relaxing and restorative. Each class closes with a short meditation which gives space for personal reflection. Classes are designed to be open level. People of all abilities are welcome.
I also offer classes specifically designed for Golfers on a Thursday evening 7pm - 8: 30pm. Message me to book a class.
