Some more snaps from yesterday's visit to Giant HQ. This time it's the new road range, the highlights include the brand new endurance Defy, with no gimmicks or added isoflex, just a perfectly engineered carbon frame with more integration than ever. The Pro range included a new d-fuse handlebar adding more comfort and compliance to balance the d-fuse seatpost at the rear. There is also a brand new Giant Power Pro dual sided power meter fitted as standard on the Pro di2 bik...es in the Defy, Propel and TCR range. Adding to the new Propel Advanced Disc range which was launched in 2018, there is now the new rim brake version. The highlight has to be the Propel Advanced Pro 0 with the stunning all black carbon frame with the metallic graphics. This bike has aero carbon tubeless wheels, Ultegra di2 and Power Meter fitted out the box.
We cannot wait for them to hit the shop floor in the coming months....

The nights are getting darker but nothing beats a post work ride! The trails were running super fast tonight, my Giant Trance felt planted the whole way down. This bike just continues to surprise me with it's super progressive suspension and it's manoeuvrability. It gets a thumbs up from me (Georgie)!

Another top bike leaving HQ this morning.

User

The Whyte 901 is the perfect hardtail to hit the trails; with its long frame and super slack head angle. We hope Glen enjoys his new bike and continues to tackle those trails!

User

Went to look at ebikes with Claire and had a great time looking round and chatting to Luke. No pressure whatsoever and he is very knowledgable, answering our questions and pointing out all options. She went for a Cube and is delighted with it. Many thanks and highly recommend

User

This is the best bike shop in the universe. Friendly, knowledgable and sincere; all staff strive to help and advise. The service is excellent and the aftercare is great. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Thank you.

User

The best!

Any advice needed just ask and plenty of stock to look at!

REAL service - A very sincere Thank-You to Luke at Infinity! I only wish I'd bought my bikes from Infinity to begin with!

I stupidly spent nearly £7k on a couple of bikes from 'a.n.other' establishment, but when a vital part was not provided in the box, the 'other' retailer couldn't care less. They just told me it was a warranty claim with Cube! The fact that the two bikes which I received from 50-Cycles (the other retailer) had not been prepared properly either, only added salt into the wound. Fortunately for my own safety and that of my wife, I was once a Raleigh cycle mechanic and therefore I was in a position to make the new bikes road-worthy in the first instance.

In desperation, I contacted Infinity Cycles - mainly due to their relationship with the manufacturer of my bike. Within a very reasonable timeframe, Luke at Infinity had tracked-down the item I was missing and had it shipped to me by DPD. Meanwhile, the other outfit (which was very happy to take my money and then leave me high and dry) are still suggesting that they are looking into the problem, but only when I contact them.....

In summary, I've not purchased a bike from Infinity, but if their service to 'non-customers' is anything to go by, then you should be onto a good thing with them! And while you're at it, I'd give 50-Cycles a wide berth!!

User

I visited Infinity Cycles yesterday for the first time. I was very impressed with the service, the range and quality stock together with some fantastic prices....I came home with a lot more than I went for!! Special mention to Paul Felce for his honest and knowledge advice! Would definitely recommend to others.

User

I visited Infinity Cycles to have a modification to my bike and a cycle fit. The guys were all professional, knowledgable, friendly and helpful throughout.

The bike fit was thorough and based on an obvious level of knowledge, not just relating to cycling but also to running. Subsequent rides saw an immediate improvement, mostly in power distribution which will hopefully improve efficiency. The fit was highly recommended and at a very reasonable price.

The team at infinity are highly recommended.

User

I purchased an e-bike here today. Nothing was too much trouble. Questions were answered and no question seemed too silly to the staff. Lots and lots of advice. There is certainly no hard sell and you make the decision in your own time. The bike was well presented today with all accessories added as promised - and even help getting it on the bike rack if needed! I fully recommend Infinity Cycles.

User

I can't praise this shop, service and staff highly enough. My husband and I have been very satisfied (and frequent) customers for the last 3+ years however when we had a problem whilst cycling in the Netherlands they couldn't have been more helpful. They gave advice over the telephone then offered to ring back with information about the nearest Cube dealership. Thanks to Paul's friendly helpfulness our problem was quickly resolved and our cycling holiday was rescued! (Thanks to David too for his patience helping us buy our bikes in the first place!)

User

Great, friendly & knowledgeable staff. Excellent service. I love my new Cube mountain bike. I would highly recommend you.

User

Got my Giant TCR from Infinity Cycles and they also upgraded it to Di2 electric gears nothing was to much trouble. Excellent service and really knowledgeable staff.

User

Got a new bike today a cube stereo 120 for a good price to my standard. Me and my dad did not feel pressured into buying the bike (like in other shops usually) and I will continue to buy my bits and bobs for my new bike hear. The staff are helpful and friendly and I highly recommend this bike shop.

User

Brilliant shop, brilliant service, nice to go into a bike shop and be greeted with a smile but no pressure

User

Bought my bike online from Infinity, normally shop local but couldn't get what I wanted in budget, heard that this place was good, friend was right as I'm very happy with service and deal on the sale bike. It was with me in Scotland a few days after ordering and all checked and carefully packed. Just a wee tweak to disc brakes and I was riding it 30 min later, fantanstic bike. Definitely buy from here again and brother now looking at same bike in smaller size! Good prices too.
