Coat Barn in Martock had been hired by the family for the weekend and provided at beautiful location for Steve's birthday. His Daughter Natalie had arranged everything down to the wonderful Caterer Catherine Wholly. A 14th century Inn which has been part of village life for over 600 years was the scene of celebration this week for a top local catering company. The Royal Oak in the beautiful Somerset village of Luxborough. Well here’s a coincidence for you! I got a surprise yesterday while I was waiting with Amanda and Emma to surprise the guests as Singing Waiters at the Coed y mwstwr hotel, I saw on Facebook a photo of the beautiful wedding cake that I’d just seen set up in the next room! It was posted by a lady in the cake decorators group I belong to saying how she had made it for her lifelong friend. I noted the name of the lady who had made it and discovered where she was sitting so I was able to sing to her using her name and tell her during the song how much I like cake!
