my kids just love alley cats out of all play areas they always want to go back to the same one... nice big frame to keep them busy n they dont get bored easy...have had both my kids party there the past 2 years they have really enjoyed it the food has always been gud n kids r given plenty... love the way the do wee things at xmas easter n also the charity events to help local charities...

We had our boys birthday party here yesterday and it was fantastic start to finish. The fella who was our host couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Food and service was outstanding. Highly recommend Alley Cats.

Was at my nephews birthday here tonight and we participated in the laser tag the kids had a ball although I think the adults enjoyed it even more lol great job .. pity you could do adult laser tag

Toddler morning here is brilliant. The kids can use the whole area, and there are no worries about keeping them out of the parts they are too young for or older children being too rough. That said, this is one of the best play areas for keeping children in their age appropriate area. A lovely staff member rescued my toddler from the top of the frame for me on our last visit as I was seeing to his baby brother - really helpful and lovely staff. We will be regulars here on a Monday morning! Just wish there was still a toddler only session during school holidays �

On behalf of North Coast Branch of Autism NI we would like to thank all of the staff in Alley Cats Play Centre for a great evening on Monday. We held our annual children's party here and everyone who attended had a fantastic night. A special thank you to Santa who took time out from his busy schedule to chat to our children. He took his time chatting to the children and wasn't in any rush with them. He was brilliant.

My 20 month old daughter absolutely loves alley cats. As an added bonus I won a peppa and George teddy in a competition they ran on fb and Caitlin loves them. The manager was very patient in taking the photo of Caitlin receiving her prize and we were surprised to then be offered free entry into the play area for her and 2 free drinks. We weren't expecting to receive this and it was greatly appreciated. Definitely a fun day out for children

Had my sons birthday party here recently & it was fantastic, the girl in charge of our party was so helpful & organised everything from start to finish. Would highly recommend!!

Had my son's birthday party there last night at the Santa party! It was FANTASTIC!!

The staff made it so special for my son,even with a extra present from Santa! There was one wee problem but they sorted it out straight away! That just showed how much they want to make it great for the kids and parents too!

❤️Have to say alley cats, we'll be back next year!!

Had my son's 3rd birthday party here yesterday and it was fab! The staff were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble! Both adults and kids were so well looked after! I'd definitely recommend it for parties! My little boy is already looking forward to next year!

Had my 7 year olds birthday party here tonight and we did laser tag. They all had a fab time and really enjoyed laser tag. I think 7+ is the right age for it. My wee boy said it was the "best party ever" so if that's not the best compliment I don't know what is. �

Had a play date today with our 3 year old twins. They had a blast. The staff were amazing - watching out for any unacceptable behaviour, cleaning up and creating a secure feeling. All amenities were clean and accessible to all. And even when it was busy - it didn't seem overcrowded. Would highly recommend it.

Booked in for the private hire party and it was fantastic, great service provided and all the kids had a great time. Great value as well. Will deffo book again �

Well let me tell u something. The lace is good and kids enjoying it. But every time I come to ur place I drink double espresso and every time I get charged differently. But today was the top when I actually got charged £3 for double espresso. Given the quality of the coffee that's nowhere near any of the coffee shops and none of them charges £3 for double espresso I think it's a bit overpriced let's say?

Kids loved playing here but £2.50 for a jug of dilute it ridiculous!! I could have bought 2 bottles of dilute and made at least 20 jugs up at that price!! It's costly enough taking kids!

Had four kids altogether had to pay 1.75 for 4 month old that sleep through. Another 1.75 for a 6 month old when all the areas were signed that they were not suitable for her age group. They had a under one area which was awful looking and blocked off by chairs. The Play Centre were very helpful and keen to address my concerns when I contacted them.

Was just at a 5th birthday party today. It was awful. There was 16kids and I was informed that no matter how many kids were there that all they would get was 2 small jugs of juice which meant I had to buy 2 more jugs. We had to ask for the food to be served, it was late. I could understand if it had of been busy but it was not. While we were in the lane eating our food we were ask to move all our belongings from the table in the play area so the staff could get tidied up, this was 30 mins before party was due to finish. The kids didn’t get their ice lollies which was part of the package I over paid for. Last year we didn’t receive good service either but gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again this year only to be dissatisfied again. I can honestly say I won’t be back at alley cats. £165 for a party that was totally lacking in every aspect.

Was at alley cats today and asked for sausage rolls. The sausage rolls they served me were awful. They were heated up in the microwave the pastry was soggy and crease with pastry hard in places too. They would be better not offering these at all. I have a upset tummy tonight too I am only hoping the two aren't connected.

Very disappointed child left in tears after male staff was very rude to her she tried to explain that her wee sister was only 3 as she has a speech problem can be hard to understand she was trying to say her wee sister could not use the larger area as kids were being rough only to be told she was to big to play in area marked for her age staff should know how to speak to children have been all few times to alley cats but will not be back ��
