Just home from a family holiday to Portugal, booked with Ayleen!

Writing our luggage tags, printing our documents, supplying our goodies and toy bear for the plane... thank you!! So... just need to organise the next one!!! �

Just back from our first family holiday organised by Ayleen. She was so helpful, answering lots of questions and responded very quickly to messages and emails. As a mum herself, Ayleen has a good idea of what is helpful when making plans. Our travel documents all arrived on time (with some lovely extra touches!) and all our special requests such as organising a baby seat at our destination and room requests were taken care of. We felt very reassured knowing we had Ayleen's contact details and emergency out of hours number just incase. Excellent customer service and we would highly recommend Ayleen for a stress free holiday! �

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Ayleen is fantastic at her job, never before has a travel agent done so much for me; from writting the name tags to packing a wee bag of goodies for the children on the plane- she thought of everything! Highly recommend � xx
