We only buy and serve single origin microlots which are bought for considerably more than the commodity price. This secures a better income for the producer while improving the potential for sustainable quality and even more exciting coffee in the future.
We aim to brew and serve coffee in a way that let's the hard work of the producer, as well as varietal character, and terroir shine through. If you ever think our... servings are small, We give you the same amount or more coffee but we aim to brew it in a way that doesn't require dilution to mask unfavourable flavours. We do serve a range of drinks at different dilutions and sizes, so always ask and we'll find the right drink for you.
Buying this type of coffee is a shift away from a model that can effect millions of farmers in a devastating way. We appreciate your support in a move towards a more ethical, sustainable and delicious coffee future.
We think that extra few pence is worth it, and effectively we are simply rewarding or exchanging that for increased quality. If you're buying coffee for less, question why it is so cheap.

My husband and I had lunch here today...the ‘special’ was amazing and the staff at so friendly. Loved it ! �

My daughter and I had brunch here 20th June. It was absolutely gorgeous, great coffee and yummy pecan slice. We took one home aswell. The setting was lovely and we sat outside in the sun. Cannot wait to visit again.

I was here on July the 13th with my family. Friendly and welcoming staff they let me refill my babies cup which was so nice of them I will be back again the next time I am in portrush

Visited on Bank Holiday Monday after recommendation long queue but managed to get a seat outside and wasn’t to busy. All totally acceptable until we asked for coffee, deplorable attitude of the staff who were totally unfriendly and no customer service at all. It actually seemed an inconvenience to the staff to serve us. Won’t be back until they sort their staffing issues. Much more customer friendly places to visit in Portrush !
