We've visited Bare Grills both in Taunton and Weston several times and love the food there!



The variety and quality of the food on offer is superb, with the brisket being a personal favourite. We often order the tower or the combo, both of which offer a range of different things to try and are loads of food, so you definitely won't go hungry! If you can't finish (as we often find!), you can get a box to take home what's left and it reheats brilliantly at home for a bonus meal the next day.



Also, the crispy jalapenos are especially tasty, crunchy and not greasy.oily, with just the right level of spiciness (for my taste at least).



Service is great too - we recently had a problem where we were charged for something we did not order, but didn't notice until the next day when we looked at our receipt. After contacting the restaurant, they immediately said they would refund the overcharged items and were very apologetic, which was great customer service.



All in all, if you're in the South West and anywhere around Taunton or Weston specifically, you can't do better than Bare Grills for your BBQ fix!

Very reluctant to give this place a good review otherwise we might not be able to get a table :-)

If you like meat, this place is seriously good. The steaks are char grilled and seriously tasty. Skip lunch and make space for the T Bone.. you won't regret it. And the Ribs.. oh my God. The St Louis Slab is seriously good (skip breakfast and lunch for that one!).

Apart from that, it's rubbish. I wouldn't bother ;-)

This realistic themed American smokehouse Grill house definitely delivered .

The service was fast and efficient and the food was really good .

If you ever fancy a proper burger and ribs pig out this is the place to go.

I can not recommend Bare Grills highly enough, I booked for 21 of us for a birthday meal on a Saturday night. We were all seated together, the food all came out at the same time and was very hot(which we all know is very rare with large party’s) and tasted absolutely delicious, the staff are fantastic, nothing was to much trouble for them. All 21 of us highly recommend this place. Definitely 5 STARS

Fantastic warm welcome, with beautiful melt in your mouth food. I would recommend it 5star

Excellent bbq food. Beef brisket was melt in the mouth and the ribs literally fell off the bone as soon as they were picked up all with lots of authentic smokey bbq flavour. Will definitely go again, highly recommended.

Came yesterday evening for dinner � was advised to book so we did, was nice & busy & service was �

Defo be back when back in Taunton.

Attentive staff, fantastic burgers and a very tasty mac n cheese. All of the food was full of flavour and plenty of it! Recommended

Was ok I didn't book a table ..so got told I had to be out my seat within an hour wasn't the best start but overall the food was lush .double bacon cheese burger and mac cheese was nice ... beer was expensive £4 a bottle of 330ml brew dog .Could have been worse overall great food ,good decor ,good service ..

Me and my partner went here for date night and loved it. Great food. Nice atmosphere and decor. Quick, friendly service. Can reccommend sharing tower, especially the burgers that come with it! Will be returning just for that burger!! Good that they provided takeaway boxes for left overs. Only downside is its abit overpriced, especially the sides and drinks and the smoked meat such as the chicken wings looked amazing but I was a bit disappointed once eating as it could do with a hint more flavour to balance with the charcoal :/

The food was amazing but if you want service this isn’t the place as feels a like A student bar as there was one young lad trying his best to serve everyone and the place was freezing! Best place in town if you have a large appetite:)

We came for New Year’s Eve and ordered the nachos - we were served an opened packet of cool original Doritos still in the packet with some hot cheese lightly distributed on top. Even as the waiter basically threw it onto the table he had a smirk like he knew it was rubbish. We tried to say something and he wasn’t interested.

The food was poor and the service was worse.
