just collected my second qashqai from same dealers, first car was brill and this 2014 spec new car looks even better, many thanks to all at dealers and especially to Amy for all her help.

Recently I purchased a new Nissan Quashqai from Bassetts Group, Neath Road, Swansea, unfortunately the following day I noticed several blemishes in the metallic paint finish, on closer examination I noticed that almost 60% of the bodywork was also marked. At this stage the fear sets in, will anyone pay any attention to my complaint now that I have signed for it and taken it home. Never fear contact the salesman who sold me the car, Alan Thorne, no panic bring it back and we will have a look see. Oh yes, who are you kidding? We have all heard the stories about car salesmen haven't we. But seriously Alan is the epitome of a genuine salesman, from my first enquiry with him, then to Tina Mogan in the servicing and warranty department through to Mr. Harris the Manager I have been treated with courtesy and genuine concern. All the staff concerned have persued this problem with vigour and kept me informed at every stage, they even gave me a courtesy vehicle to tied me over. I just wish that Nissan themselves were as efficient in their warranty department. The outcome of this complaint resulted in Bassetts replacing the vehicle at their own expense whilst they continue to do battle with Nissan. Well done Bassetts, truly a five star service in customer relations.

I have just acquired a new qashqai. I am so pleased with the car. Its fab. It drives like a dream.I was so excited before I had it,& was even more when I went to collect it. All the staff were very helpful at my local Bassetts Swansea. Especially Amy who was very helpful & very pleasant. Also Lisa the receptionist, who was very patient with me when I was having problems with my mobile phone, which kept cutting out on numerous occasions. All the team were friendly. I would highly recommend this garage in my area if you are looking for a new Nissan. I will give it a five star rating.
