Well that was another fantastic stay at beachside, we have been coming here for the last 2yrs and everytime we have visited this campsite the caravans and staff have been amazing, we have always felt welcome and nothing seems to much trouble, I will definitely recommend this campsite to anyone.

We stayed at Beachside Hoilday park from 31st May to 4th June 2018. We abouslutely loved the place. Even through it was raining badly on our arrival but did not dampen our spirits, the caravan (Platiumn Seawiew Elite) was perfect. Beds was so comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed so my partner was able to do a Sunday roast, looking back perhaps was not wise as the weather had improved and it was really warm! Our children loved being beside the beach. The reception staff was very helpful bearing in mind our deafness. No doubt we will be making arrangements to come back again. Definitely recommended. First time using a travel cot and we could not work it out how to put it up. A member of staff came out to ya even though it was about 8pm and put it up in seconds. The best place I think to stay in brean. Stayed in a bronze caravan last time and even that was top quality. Always very clean. Can’t wait for our next visit!!!

Me and hubby have been coming to Beachside since 2012 and have just counted that we have had 31 weekends there since our first booking and another booked for August, my favourite place to be , everyone has been so helpful and all caravans have been spotless, my dogs love it there too, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else, Thank you Beachside

Love this site - we have been here a few times and they have always sorted us out after being let down by other sites. Each time we have stayed, the vans have been excellent, clean and really comfortable. The cafe is brilliant too. If I didn’t just purchase a tourer I’d be buying a static on this park

Just returned home after a weeks holiday at Beachside.... it was our first time at this caravan site but certainly will not be the last!!!! Very clean and tidy site friendly staff with nothing to much trouble.... we took our grandson with us who also loved it.. As for the comments on here concerning the ants, yes there were ants in the caravan but if u read your welcome packs it does tell you to expect them and also tells you what you can do to help the situation.... really don’t see how the site can be to blame for nature!!!!! Ants or no ants we WILL be returning

Just come home from a 4 night stay and I can't wait to book again! In all the years I've stayed in brean this was a first but what a gem of a caravan park! Staff were smiley and friendly on reception and the staff in the sundowner ��� had a few issues with older kids being boisterous in the park but as soon I went in and said they went out and sorted the problem straight away! Lovely lovely people... clean site with a fab park for the kids right next to the cafe and the beach on your door step.. what more could you want?!

It’s so close to the beach,dogs allowed all year on beach and the sundowner cafe is so friendly, Sue and her husband who run it are very friendly lovely people. Have been 3 times this year. �

I can't understand why some ppl are complaining about some of the caravans at beachside, we have been coming here off and on for many year's and the only problem we've ever had (if you can call it that) was that the batteries in the remote control were dead went down to reception and it was sorted straight away, we have been to a few other parks over the yrs in different areas and the caravans were bloody awful, we stayed in 1 in Wales and the windows rattled door knobs were hanging off we stayed one night I phoned beachside the following morning to see if they had any vans at short notice not a problem we were on the road within 10 mins couldn't wait to get away from the place, another one we stayed in we payed for an early check-in and we're disgusted to find there was mess all down the front of the toilet the staff were not interested again phoned beachside and they could accommodate us, so here we were on the road again. Never never has this happened at beachside, the vans have always been spotless the staff very helpful, we're hoping to come next week for my birthday. You just can't please some ppl, it's all very well saying there's nowhere to store bikes but like other ppl have said you don't put them in the house at home so why a caravan, when we came with our grandchildren we put their bikes in the back of the car no problem. See you soon beachside hopefully?.

Book up for 3 nights ended up staying 2 exta nights lovely friendly staff so kind and helpful caravans clean tidy if my hubby never had work tomorrow we would be staying again see you soon x

Here now , caravan nice (gold) very clean throughout , did have a ant problem but the lady and gent who deals with the cleaning sorted it out right away. Only downside is wi-fi non existent cant connect at all, other than that everything spot on .

It is okay, very noisy though even after 11pm. Fair enough everyone is enjoying theirselves and its been lovely weather but trying to settle a 2 year old and a newborn was hard work. On that point, my partner had to leave for a work purpose and only ONE toilet roll was provided for 3 nights stay, couldn't get to reception on the other side of the park on my own and didn't get any signal to call anyone. Fair to say I was left really frustrated. Also it says please leave clean and tidy however not even a drop of washing up liquid in sight but a measly cloth. I don't recall seeing provide your own cleaning products on the information we received but that could be baby brain. So after rubbish sleeps and the baby brain we didn't quite manage check out time to which we was being faced with charges. We immediately departed and headed for reception and was handed a receipt of £20 which was already taken from our bank account. Not even a discussion of price or asked if we preferred to pay cash. Some people may not have enough money in their accounts. However, the surroundings were exceptionally lovely and the beach days were fantastic but a bit of a shame for the service. Thanks

Having been here three times before I’m afraid standards have dropped. We had a platinum caravan and it was small with no iron. The twin beds were small for children never mind a adult. I have previously stayed in a gold caravan and had more room. The reception staff weren’t very helpful or friendly when my sister was staying in another caravan and had things missing. The only plus is the sundowner bar have excellent staff and service. �

We have just returned from two weeks at Beachside park. We paid a lot of money for a platinum elite sea view. For our dog we were charged £70. Per week. The veranda was old and needed to be replaced. The doors in the van wouldn't close probably,plus the door into the van had dropped,then we had ants. When booking up they do not tell you all the rules about your dog, Not into the bedroom,not on furniture,always on a lead. Ok not on furniture. We reported all the faults to a woman in reception,who said they would send someone round,no one came,and the woman in reception made it clear she didn't care. On there reviews someone has said that £70 is cheaper than putting a dog into kennels,sorry but kennels provide food and a kennel person. What do dogs get here,nothing. To said this is dog friendly is a joke. The Sundowner bar was fantastic,both staff and food. We know of three families who complained about ants while we were there,nothing was done. Well... this was a last minute book in, and our first time on this caravan site an we prob won't be going back unless they up there standards!!! Caravan stunk and i mean stunk, the floor was sticky and seemed oily, there was ants ALL OVER the sides covered in them. And the bedding was damp and so was the seating area, thank God we only had the one night there otherwise they would of been moving us!!! I complained to the reception staff who didn't really seem to care... so if you are looking at going to a caravan holiday there are plenty others around brean I recommend looking elsewhere and if not avoid number 9 at all costs!!!!

Stayed there the weekend full of ants � All over work surfaces cups bedding not fit for purpose!!!!asked to be moved told by manager all caravans are the same full of ants shocking Response!!! Think about it if it was your kids in the bed with ants running over them how would you feel?????

To said this is dog friendly is a joke. The Sundowner bar was fantastic,both staff and food. We know of three families who complained about ants while we were there,nothing was done. Platinum elite caravan never.

Well... this was a last minute book in, and our first time on this caravan site an we prob won't be going back unless they up there standards!!! Caravan stunk and i mean stunk, the floor was sticky and seemed oily, there was ants ALL OVER the sides covered in them. And the bedding was damp and so was the seating area, thank God we only had the one night there otherwise they would of been moving us!!! I complained to the reception staff who didn't really seem to care... so if you are looking at going to a caravan holiday there are plenty others around brean I recommend looking elsewhere and if not avoid number 9 at all costs!!!!

Stayed there the weekend full of ants � All over work surfaces cups bedding not fit for purpose!!!!asked to be moved told by manager all caravans are the same full of ants shocking Response!!! Think about it if it was your kids in the bed with ants running over them how would you feel?????

stayed here for a week and it was fantastic holiday park 100%clean and tidy people very friendly beach beautiful pubs and staff very nice,could not say anything bad about brean

Well that was another fantastic stay at beachside, we have been coming here for the last 2yrs and everytime we have visited this campsite the caravans and staff have been amazing, we have always felt welcome and nothing seems to much trouble, I will definitely recommend this campsite to anyone.

We stayed at Beachside Hoilday park from 31st May to 4th June 2018. We abouslutely loved the place. Even through it was raining badly on our arrival but did not dampen our spirits, the caravan (Platiumn Seawiew Elite) was perfect. Beds was so comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed so my partner was able to do a Sunday roast, looking back perhaps was not wise as the weather had improved and it was really warm! Our children loved being beside the beach. The reception staff was very helpful bearing in mind our deafness. No doubt we will be making arrangements to come back again. Definitely recommended. We have stayed here 3 times so far and will certainly be coming back. This site and the caravans are amazing. The staff are brilliant too. First time using a travel cot and we could not work it out how to put it up. A member of staff came out to ya even though it was about 8pm and put it up in seconds. The best place I think to stay in brean. Stayed in a bronze caravan last time and even that was top quality. Always very clean. Can’t wait for our next visit!!!

Me and hubby have been coming to Beachside since 2012 and have just counted that we have had 31 weekends there since our first booking and another booked for August, my favourite place to be , everyone has been so helpful and all caravans have been spotless, my dogs love it there too, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else, Thank you Beachside

Love this site - we have been here a few times and they have always sorted us out after being let down by other sites. Each time we have stayed, the vans have been excellent, clean and really comfortable. The cafe is brilliant too. If I didn’t just purchase a tourer I’d be buying a static on this park

Just returned home after a weeks holiday at Beachside.... it was our first time at this caravan site but certainly will not be the last!!!! Very clean and tidy site friendly staff with nothing to much trouble.... we took our grandson with us who also loved it.. As for the comments on here concerning the ants, yes there were ants in the caravan but if u read your welcome packs it does tell you to expect them and also tells you what you can do to help the situation.... really don’t see how the site can be to blame for nature!!!!! Ants or no ants we WILL be returning

Just come home from a 4 night stay and I can't wait to book again! In all the years I've stayed in brean this was a first but what a gem of a caravan park! Staff were smiley and friendly on reception and the staff in the sundowner ��� had a few issues with older kids being boisterous in the park but as soon I went in and said they went out and sorted the problem straight away! Lovely lovely people... clean site with a fab park for the kids right next to the cafe and the beach on your door step.. what more could you want?!

It’s so close to the beach,dogs allowed all year on beach and the sundowner cafe is so friendly, Sue and her husband who run it are very friendly lovely people. Have been 3 times this year. �

I have just come back from the most amazing stay here. Already enquiries about next year it was just perfect xx

I can't understand why some ppl are complaining about some of the caravans at beachside, we have been coming here off and on for many year's and the only problem we've ever had (if you can call it that) was that the batteries in the remote control were dead went down to reception and it was sorted straight away, we have been to a few other parks over the yrs in different areas and the caravans were bloody awful, we stayed in 1 in Wales and the windows rattled door knobs were hanging off we stayed one night I phoned beachside the following morning to see if they had any vans at short notice not a problem we were on the road within 10 mins couldn't wait to get away from the place, another one we stayed in we payed for an early check-in and we're disgusted to find there was mess all down the front of the toilet the staff were not interested again phoned beachside and they could accommodate us, so here we were on the road again. Never never has this happened at beachside, the vans have always been spotless the staff very helpful, we're hoping to come next week for my birthday. You just can't please some ppl, it's all very well saying there's nowhere to store bikes but like other ppl have said you don't put them in the house at home so why a caravan, when we came with our grandchildren we put their bikes in the back of the car no problem. Book up for 3 nights ended up staying 2 exta nights lovely friendly staff so kind and helpful caravans clean tidy if my hubby never had work tomorrow we would be staying again see you soon x

Here now , caravan nice (gold) very clean throughout , did have a ant problem but the lady and gent who deals with the cleaning sorted it out right away. Only downside is wi-fi non existent cant connect at all, other than that everything spot on .

It is okay, very noisy though even after 11pm. Fair enough everyone is enjoying theirselves and its been lovely weather but trying to settle a 2 year old and a newborn was hard work. On that point, my partner had to leave for a work purpose and only ONE toilet roll was provided for 3 nights stay, couldn't get to reception on the other side of the park on my own and didn't get any signal to call anyone. Fair to say I was left really frustrated. Also it says please leave clean and tidy however not even a drop of washing up liquid in sight but a measly cloth. I don't recall seeing provide your own cleaning products on the information we received but that could be baby brain. So after rubbish sleeps and the baby brain we didn't quite manage check out time to which we was being faced with charges. We immediately departed and headed for reception and was handed a receipt of £20 which was already taken from our bank account. Not even a discussion of price or asked if we preferred to pay cash. Some people may not have enough money in their accounts. However, the surroundings were exceptionally lovely and the beach days were fantastic but a bit of a shame for the service. Thanks

Having been here three times before I’m afraid standards have dropped. We had a platinum caravan and it was small with no iron. The twin beds were small for children never mind a adult. I have previously stayed in a gold caravan and had more room. The reception staff weren’t very helpful or friendly when my sister was staying in another caravan and had things missing. The only plus is the sundowner bar have excellent staff and service. �

We have just returned from two weeks at Beachside park. We paid a lot of money for a platinum elite sea view. For our dog we were charged £70. Per week. The veranda was old and needed to be replaced. The doors in the van wouldn't close probably,plus the door into the van had dropped,then we had ants. When booking up they do not tell you all the rules about your dog, Not into the bedroom,not on furniture,always on a lead. Ok not on furniture. We reported all the faults to a woman in reception,who said they would send someone round,no one came,and the woman in reception made it clear she didn't care. On there reviews someone has said that £70 is cheaper than putting a dog into kennels,sorry but kennels provide food and a kennel person. What do dogs get here,nothing.
